SCAM, this is a bit of plastic with a silver cap. Doesn’t work and they don’t respond.

Item not recieved sent e-mail and this is the response .Dont waste your money !!!!

We understand your situation but once the post office declares your package delivered, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do.

You must open a dispute with the delivery service so that they can recover your package.

I placed my order on 15th February and I still have NOT received my order!! When I track it, it tells me that it's been delivered!! I have sent two emails querying this and have had NO reply and can NOT find ANY telphone number to ring them so very annoyed and frustrated. I have paid £29.90 in good faith for product that I have NOT received. At the moment, I would say, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Cheap looking flimsy plastic stick. Arrived in a battered box with no instructions.
I have fallen for a scam again !!!!

Scam artists. This is a worthless piece of plastic, I have
contacted the company many times concerning my disappointments and they have never answered me.

I would give this no stars if I could !!!! This is a piece of cheap plastic all the way from China took weeks to arrive even though they claim to be made in the UK the 5 star reviews on here are submitted by this Mickey Mouse company. When it eventually did arrive the box was bashed and no instructions inside cheap, tacky and an absolute total rip off AVOID these companies need to be held accountable !!!!!

Took 15 days for this piece of s..t to arrive. A cheap bit of plastic Can't believe I've been conned out of nearly £30 for this. Can't get a refund as it has to be unused & even then you don't get money back. Just a voucher to use on more rubbish.
Please take heed & don't waste your money

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Hermes delivered my order to the wrong address. The photo of their delivery is not my house.

I've emailed Doveo five times. Clearly, they don't understand English because I get the same response every time to check item tracking.

I've asked THREE times for a refund and nothing.

I've wasted £30 and a lot of stress trying to get a response from this company.

Avoid at all costs. If you don't receive your order, you're **ck*d

I have not received my order. Customer service is rubbish. Avoid I think it’s a scam. I have had no help. If anything changes I will let you know.

Edit. This has been received - my neighbor had it for ages. Customer service was still rubbish. The product is a little cheaply made. Works though.

I found the Doveo stick flimsy, difficult to fit the battery, even more difficult to close. Sadly, it doesn’t seem to work at all. I tried 3 times to contact customer service for help and advice, but got absolutely no response. Very disappointed indeed.
I then attempted to email the company, but my email bounced back, with the message that the mailbox is undergoing maintenance.

Doveo sent me a broken item then please see my previous feedback and you can see for yourself they just completely ignored my contact with customer service manager and said I need to give the item a few weeks before it will be effective and my truthful comments are’ piracy’ I kid you not so do NOT trust this company and this shoddy product

Terrible experience. I paid for the luxury pack with express delivery on 11th October with a delivery date of 15th October. Item still hasn't arrived, tracking number is not valid, no reply to emails.

I have contacted info at uk-doveo-store.com, contact at uk-doveo-store.com and contact at doveo-store.com and no reply to any. No way to get a reply means no way to get a refund.

Also surprised by the number of 5* reviews from new accounts located in PK, it looks like the company are creating dummy accounts to increase their average score. If you have enough time to do this, you have enough time to answer my email and put my refund through.

My only option is legal action.

I'd give this product zero stars if I could. Cheap, flimsy, didn't work. No response from customer service. This company is a disgrace.

It took almost 4 weeks for the Doveo stick to arrive notwithstanding that the company’s tracker said it had already been delivered. When the stick eventually arrived, it was not as described. Its marketed as an EMS device, but its just a cheap piece of plastic that at best is a very gentle skin vibrator. It certainly does not stimulate facial muscles to improve the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. I complained to the company and they acknowledged my dissatisfaction and offered me a voucher. I told them I don’t want a voucher and that I want my money back. Now they are just ignoring me and won’t respond at all and have not refunded my money. Their terms and conditions are also flawed as the governing law clause is left blank, so it’s not clear whether the governing law is English or French law. At the moment, I’ve got UK trading standards looking into them although I may have to involve the European Consumer Centre. Please avoid using this company as the product is utter rubbish and the customer services support is non existent.

I ordered the Doveo Stick from the online store but when it arrived it was not as described. This is just a cheap plastic 'vibrator for skin' and is definitely not EMS. They refused to answer my emails for a refund until I got the ECCNET-UK involved because despite the name this is not a UK company, it's French. They then offered a voucher 'as per their refund policy' which is not true, their refund policy says 'refunds to card/method of payment'. They eventually refunded me after I copied and pasted their policy to them. Now they're advertising on Facebook and have removed all the negative comments, reviews and they block angry customers from commenting. This company needs removing full stop.
