Honestly, Jenna takes customer service to the next level!
An amazing example of going the extra mile: I was looking at a New York Islanders beanie for my holiday to NYC as I’m going to a game, Jenna was friendly and we got into conversation about NHL etc and put me a little bundle together as a great deal. I’d mentioned that some of the bundle was acting as birthday and Christmas gifts, without hesitation Jenna gift wrapped and created some really cool birthday and Christmas templates that makes the gift even better and I know it’ll mean a lot to my friends!
Extremely friendly service and she really isn’t lying when she says they treat you like family!
I’ll definitely be returning to purchase some more NHL and NFL goodies

I honestly can’t recommend this company…
I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! They went above and beyond to help me source the gifts I was looking for, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish.
Communication was fantastic throughout, with regular updates and replies to any questions I had. They were so friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I got exactly what I was looking for.
It’s not often you get such great customer service, and I really appreciate all the effort they put in. I’m absolutely delighted with my gifts and would definitely use them again.
