Should be zero stars. I paid my overdue taxes back in December. Three months later I get another notice for my overdue taxes. I got ripped off for nearly $500. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. TOTAL RIPP OFF! Now I have to fight to get my money back.

I never uses the service but found out…

I never uses the service but found out today the company was charging $5.99 because I contacted them to start a service. There are more direct means to pay my gas utility bill that don't cost any out of pocket fees. I found their charges yesterday, called today and the best I could do was get 4 months returned to my account. Twenty five dollars back beats the $60.00 lost.

Danger Will Robinson, this is a "Push" add to intercept your direct payment to the County Tax Assesors office.
The doxo requires bank info and personal info and they are not part of the place they offered to channel your payment to.
I searched in Google, "Pay my Kern County Property Tax"
This doxo was the result with an official County Tax collector title posing as the County Tax Collector. A pop up asked for info.......

Scam-Monthly Fee Charged After Bill Paid In Full

I have been being charged $6.35 a month for months now after paying a lab bill once that this company is linked to on my medical lab website.

I was only able to figure out who they were by looking at the phone number in my charge.

They are not free. When I logged in after figuring out who they were, I could see that I hadn't toggled for any more than one time free payment of a medical bill.

Mail your bills in.

This is a scam making money from Americans when we don't have adequate medical care and insurance is making millions.

Doxo stepped into the process as I was paying a bill for $8.43 charging me $3.99 extra. I did not realize that they are not affiliated with the company I was paying until after my account was charged. If Doxo pops up while you are paying a bill, do not use their service. They add no value and they are pure SCAMMERS!

Scam on the elderly

My elderly father accidentally signed up for doxo to pay a bill that he normally pays on the county's tax website for free. Doxo charged him $69 for the pleasure of paying his bill for him. Ridiculous! And my poor dad isn't even sure how he got signed up for it - he didn't mean to! It's a ripoff.

I feel like Doxo is a scam

I feel like Doxo is a scam. I needed to pay a toll through GoodToGo Washington and did an internet search. I wasn't paying enough attention and Doxo was the first thing that showed up in the search. I clicked on that link rather than GoodToGo's web page. I thought maybe GoodToGo uses a third party vendor for processing payment and was using Doxo for that purpose. I set up an account with Doxo to issue the payment to GoodToGo. I made the payment with Doxo, which indicated that I could not schedule delivery of my payment until 10 days after my request went through with Doxo. Doxo withdrew the payment through my credit card on the day I submitted the request for payment to go though 10 days after submission. Doxo indicated on the site that delivery of the payment could not happen until the specified time. Doxo indicated that the money was delivered on the specified date, again 10 days after they charged my CC. It is now 4 business days after Doxo allegedly paid my bill and GoodToGo has indicated they have not yet received payment. I am perplexed as to why my payment has yet to process by GoodToGo given the length of time that has transpired from when my CC was charged and allegedly the payment was supposed to be delivered and processed.

There is no reason GoodToGo should not have received payment by now. I wish I could just have Doxo return my funds and I could pay GoodToGo directly now that I know how to do that, but I have already communicated with people from Doxo online and I have no faith that anything would go correctly, so I am writing this off as a loss and paying to GoodToGo twice.
