I had a really great experience with DOXZOO. The books arrived and they came out absolutely perfect, the print quality was excellent and everything looked exactly how I hoped it would. I designed the cover myself, which I originally struggled with, but DOXZOO provided clear measurements for the cover size. Once I used those measurements in Canva, everything clicked into place. The file uploaded perfectly and the cover fitted the pages exactly how I wanted. Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the finished books and how straightforward the process was once the guidelines were followed. I’d definitely recommend DOXZOO and would happily use them again.

I can assure you that we are a legitimate business and your order was dispatched on time. According to the tracking, since the 18th March your parcel has been held in customs and is currently awaiting confirmation of the invoice or proof of purchase from the recipient.
This is part of the customs process and, unfortunately, isn’t something we’re able to manage or influence from our side. Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.
We would recommend checking any communication from the courier or customs authority, as they seem to be waiting for information directly from you in order to release the parcel.
