The metalwork of one ring binder had broken off the backing folder as the rivet had snapped. Easily sorted by putting a bolt through the hole left by the rivet. My documents were close to the maximum page numbers you set for this type of document and the weight of the paper was clearly excessive for the rivets.

Very easy to use. Delivered on time and assembled correctly. Only slight "complaint" is that it would be nice if the trimmed the folder cover so that it fitted entirely within the plastic cover on the front of the folder - it looks a bit amateurish poking out of the top
