I bought 3 plant pots 2 with my oldest friends name on and one for my daughter. I thought they would be bigger than what I got. They are lovely decorated well but now I need to find some plants that won't grow too big thinking succulent. I would say I would possibly get again knowing now the size.

Product was quite a bit smaller overall than I thought for the price.
It does look nice, but also hard to read being smaller than expected.

I ordered a very nice acrylic music magnet that depicted my wife and, sitting in deck chairs...that played Billy Joel's "Just the Way You Are", which is our wedding song.

The plaque I ordered had visable white lines that looked like brush strokes when the light was on. It does not represent your best work. When I e-mailed to complain, you told me it was too costly to create a new one for me and send it. I am very disappointed with the workmanship/quality.

Overall, my experience has been positive except that I accidentally had the item shipped to my previous address which is my ex-girlfriend's house. She took it and threw it in the garbage. Oh well, that was my mistake. I ordered another one, bigger. I have the correct address on it and look forward to receiving it.

This company in my experience has the worst customer service ever. I order a product which I made a huge mistake with my details, As this was my fault I asked the company to dispose of the item, I didn't want a refund I wasn't asking for another for free, I just wanted them to dispose of it.l as the wording was to upsetting They wouldn't do it they kept telling me it's in production every one of my 5 emails I sent asking them to dispose of it I got an answer of sorry it's in production. I would never buy from this company again

Bought a personalized Mothers Day cup that was supposed to say "Is Watching you Be A Mom" and it said Mum instead Mom. I get mistakes happen but then I was told I could buy another one for 50% off? THEIR mistake but I should "buy" another one?????

I am so impressed with the customer service! I was having a Grandpa shirt made for my husband with all the grandkids names. After sending off the order I saw on my confirmation that one name was misspelled (probably auto correct). I figured it was too late to change it, but emailed customer service to ask. I got an immediate response saying they would be happy to correct the name.
We received the shirt and it is awesome! Love the soft material, color and the placement of all the names. My husband was very pleasantly surprised for his birthday.
I highly recommended Doyobest when you’re looking for that next perfect gift!

The plaques I received (totaling $106.98) were printed backwards. In other words, the front side—which is how they are advertised—has the information unreadable.
