Delivery delays

Ordered a dq heating radiator through Just Radiators. It was a specific quite large size and cost over £1000. I was aware of a long lead in but it took longer than I was told with no communication about progress without me contacting the company. They emailed to say it was ready for delivery. I chose a day I’d be home and they emailed to confirm it would come that day. The day comes and no correspondence by lunchtime. I email to be told there was a delivery delay and it would come tomorrow instead. If I hadn’t contacted then when would they have got in touch. I’m not convinced there was a delay I think we were just forgotten. I have now rearranged to next Monday. What a saga! I’m now concerned that the product will the scratched and damaged with all the loading the unloading and will not accept unless it’s perfect.

Radiator Still Hasn't Turned Up.

DQHeating use XDP couriers who are totally incompetent, but I have no contract with XDP, so this review is based on DQ' decision to use the cheapest courier regardless of terrible customers experiences.
I have spoken to DQ multiple times; they told me it would turn up Thursday, it didn't.
I told them no one available Friday, please deliver Monday. It turned up Friday and had to be taken away.
Monday been and gone, guess what? No delivery.
Based on the information received from DQ, I've arranged trades people and have now had to cancel them, twice.
Based on this experience I will not order anything else from DQ.

superb customer service & quality stylish products

I contacted DQ Heating when my towel heaters DQ Heater Controller H+h & Temperature Sensor suddenly stopped working leaving me with cold damp towels.

I asked DQ for clues as to the display error as I couldn’t find it in the manual.

Josh got back to me very quickly identifying the issue and very kindly sent a master remote to clear the error along with a prepaid envelope to return the remote to them when I’d finished.

It worked perfectly, my towels are toasty warm again.

Thank you Josh and DQ Heating

Superb customer service as well as quality stylish products. The OAKHAM towel rail gets lots of compliments from visitors.
