Great store with excellent customer service! I ran into a problem with the corsets I ordered - they were too large. Was able to exchange them for a smaller size with no problems and when one of them ended up not being what I'd been looking for, I was able to return it and get my money back with no problems either. Very friendly customer service, too, and they always answered my mails by the next day at the latest (often got a same-day reply). Definitely will be buying from Dracula Clothing again in the future!

I bought a corset from here and the quality for the price was next level. The boning is sturdy and the fabric is beautiful- such a stunning piece. It is also super easy to wear which is perfect. Definately reccomend their corsets

Beautiful quality clothing and great customer service! I ordered the black brocade winter coat and unfortunately found it a tad too small, so I contacted customer service and found the help from Mel super friendly and generous. Am now awaiting my new coat :) Will definitely come back for more!

Quality of clothing well made. Excellent material and lined. Good pricing. Excellent service and easy returns if not suitable. Best to order bit bigger size as shoulder width can be bit tight. Will buy again. RECOMMENDED

I have been searching for 3 years for a crushed velvet skirt and had almost given up. When I saw what u had to offer; i almost cried. When i got it today, i DID cry.. and ordered another skirt!

Ordered pinstripe pants and purrrfect tie from this store to Slovakia, they arrived within a week. I had to exchange them because I measured my size in a wrong way (usually I buy pants of size L, this time the more fitting size was XXL) and the tie pattern was wrong (when ordering ties read description and if you want to have the exact pattern that's on the picture - ask about it directly by email, cuz "each tie is unique" means that the pattern might differ). In the end I recieved the pants of the correct size and the desired tie.

Overall satisfied, smooth communication and quick delivery, definitely will order again. Looking forward to buying a vest here.

Ordered a dress and communicated with that my size was unavailable, was given a recommendation of what size would fit best. Dress was shipped straight away, the quality of the dress is amazing, it's got some weight too it. Im OBSESSED it's absolutely stunning on. It's a little too big but havent tried the coresting up yet so that should help. Overall the price and quality both fantastic and the communication just adds to the points. Oh and the dress had pockets! Delighted will be returning for more!

Love the quirky products - very unique. Prices seem fair too. Royal mail let them down delivery-wise (our postie was on holiday and seems no-one covered for him!!) but Dracula team responded very quickly to my query as to where order was.

Dracula Clothing is hands down my favorite place to get corsets! They're always well made and more time then not, they're on sale. I think I own 8 corsets from this company alone. Customer service is fantastic too! 100% recommend

The clothig is of good quality. I ordered a wrong size, returned it and I got great and swift communication from the brand. I could choose to replace the item or a refund. Everything was super polite and fast, I will purchase other things from this brand for sure.
