Items arrived but authenticity unsure
I purchased some items that seemed to be fake/unauthentic. First red flag. When I made contact with the company. I was told that the products may have been tampered with during delivery. Second red flag. I made an honest review and that review was challenged several times, third red flag.
I’m very upset because I have spent a lot of money on products that seem to me to be unauthentic.
The Company have offered me to return the products for a full refund. I have returned the products but I am still awaiting for a full refund.

As a registered pharmacy, also working in line with GDP, we have to do our due diligence on every product in our portfolio. All products are genuine / authentic and are provided directly by the manufacturers or trusted distributors.
If communication was received at the time about a box being tampered with, this would have been in line with the information we were provided about your experience and the condition of the parcel when delivered.
We genuinely want to help resolve any concerns you may have.

Im not happy with the service, you struggle to get in touch with them and they never rsply back to your message..last time they sent the product to me incomplete and promised to compensate with discount on my next order, but it never happen, this time theres a delay on the post and im trying to cancel it and you cant get hold on them..I wouldnt recommend..they just want your order and if it gets wrong you cant get hold on them

Rest assured we'd already resolved your complaint before the review had been raised. We'd managed to get the stock expedited, and upgraded as a pre 10:30am delivery (at our cost) to make sure the order was received before any of your scheduled appointments.
With regards to the calls, we recently moved our Central Distribution Hub to an exciting new and vibrant location as part of our customer-focused strategy, to give our customers an even better service. We'd arranged for the call system to be transferred (and received confirmation it had!), but unfortunately our call system provider hadn't done so. The good news is, as soon as you flagged it to us, our Chief Commercial Officer worked with our Head of Operations to swiftly resolve.
With regards to discount, this has been offered, but as you're going on holiday, we mutually agreed with you to raise this when you return closer to the point you're ready to order; if you'd prefer to have this sooner, we're poised and ready to do so.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so we truly hope our proactive approach, swift resolution and communication throughout the resolution is worthy of 5 stars.
We're looking forward to working with you upon your return from holiday, but in the meantime, we wish you a lovely break.
