After completing payment I received no service or correspondence from this company. After raising a dispute with my bank to receive payment back I finally receive some information that the company wanted to charge me £18 without any reason. I wouldn't use this company again and have already found a more professional company that can deliver the service I expect.
Avoid this absolute joke of a company at all costs I placed an order for a custom design they quickly took my money and I’ve emailed several times for an update and received no reply whatsoever they cannot be trusted they will complete ignore you but happily take your money and not provide what you have paid for I would have given negative stars if it was an option this company are basically con artists
Ordered over Christmas so I didn't expect my order to arrive until January,I received an email on the 12 th Jan to say my order was complete and shipped, two weeks later no sign of my order I got in touch and received an email back reaffirming the completed order on Jan 12th but offering no further assistance,
On Feb 9th I requested a refund and got no reply, thankfully my bank were able to carryout a withdrawal of funds once I'd shown them the paperwork required, I wouldn't advise anyone to use draftcraft.uk
