I love this service! Hands down the best UI design service I’ve used so far. They are very responsive and do awesome work.

I have been working with Draftss for about 5 months now and have dealt with Sid a few times, who gave excellent onboarding and has been very accommodating and personal with his interaction. I really appreciate his help.

Sonali has been an AMAZING project manager. She understands what I want to achieve and has made every effort to impart that in the designs. She has also made some excellent recommendations that enhanced my design concepts. I really enjoy working with her and how hardworking she is. Excellent team. I would recommend them!

The Draftss team is amazing. Very professional in approach and deliverables. Always timely in deliverables. The entire team is very mindful of your needs as a client - taking the time to understand the project objectives and then exceeding those.

I have been working with Draftss for more than 2 months now. I was looking for a company to deliver all the illustrations needed for my book series, and they are doing a fantastic job!
I love working with Kira (my project manager). She understands the brand very well and ensures that I receive the illustrations as I want them, which is a big bonus for me.
The turnover is also swift.

The concept is so good (design-as-a-service) that you might worry that the quality may not follow. But, in fact, the quality of the deliverables is VERY GOOD. The service is fast, the designs make sense from the aesthetics as well as the business standpoints.

Draftss has been great to work with. The quality of their designs are first class. If you don't get exactly the design you were looking for on the first try they will keep providing revisions until you get the perfect design.

It was a great experience to work with the Draftss team. We were on a time crunch to deliver our design and the whole team was very considerate of our deadline. Multiple iterations, changes without any hesitation. The small and detailed design recommendations were very helpful. Quick, effective and affordable, what else can one want? Their clear communication mechanism is a cherry on the top. Looking forward to work more with them!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kira and her team for multiple tasks and they have hit the nail on the head each time. She was very responsive and helpful and I couldn't be happier with their service.

Overall very good experience, so much so that I decided to renew a 1 year plan with them.

As with anything design/development related, there are some misses, but some of that is due to not being clear in my expecations...but either way the end result is always what I wanted or better.

If you're undecided, I recommend giving them a try...really amazing value and has helped my business grow better than expected last year.

Riz and his team do a great job. All designs are high quality and delivered in a timely manner. They are easy to work with and always ensure to get the designs just how you like them, no matter how many edits you ask for.

Once I learned I had to be super clear in my requests, the Draftss team did some great technical work on my website I never would have been able to do myself. The project managers were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Some deliveries are very good, others are very bad. It looks like completely different designers/teams are working on my project.

Every deliverable had design issues. Either they didn't follow the instructions correctly, or a design/UX problem.

So I had to do a detailed inspection of each task, request fixes (changes too, but that's normal), which increased the time of each task, and wasted my time.

Communication with them is also difficult, the person managing my account clearly had difficulty interpreting a lot of things in English and didn't have much design/UX/product knowledge.

I canceled my recurring subscription, and they stopped working on my tasks 2 weeks before the last day, an absurd!
