First off: These reviews are for your experience with the SHOP, not the shipping service or the product itself.
I'm sorry for the shipping issues.
According to tracking, the first try to deliver the package by FedEx was 4 days after it has been shipped (which is pretty normal for a package from Germany to Spain), but they claimed no one was there.
I remember that you sent me a message about that and I've informed the delivery service that this is a hotel. But still, they had three more tries to deliver it until they finally found someone who would accept the package.
About the battery: The battery has been tested and is working fine. However, if you have a really old Pandora, you need to add paddings to the left and right of the battery compartment, otherwise the connection of the battery in the Pandora is not proper (that was an issue with older Pandoras).
I'm pretty sure this is the problem, so I suggest you try that.

The item arrived in perfect condition and on time. It works like a charm, simple interface but it does the job. No manual is included and it’s because the developer didn’t release any but it’s very intuitive and there are several online forum that can help in case of questions.

Just a little question: why some products have a real spensive shipping? For example the admiral N64 controller shipping is more spensive than the product itself. Why?

Tracking with FedEx or UPS works instantly - only tracking with the normal postal courier takes a bit (but it's also the cheapest).
The normal postal courier doesn't allow batteries though, which is why in case of the admiral controller, the cheapest shipping solution is FedEx.
