The response and advice were first class. I was after advice regarding an alarm that I already had fitted. They gave me a price for them to do the work but also advised how to find the information that I required. I found the information following their advice and they then confirmed I had found it correctly. The company didn't make any money out of me but made me so pleased with the service that I wanted to leave a review. Thank you for taking the time and giving your advice for free. Such a refreshing attitude.

I decided to use dragon car alarms after only hearing good reviews from car community.
I had to travel from Somerset to Portsmouth which was ok as it gave the car a good run.
From the moment you walk in your greeted, very kind and friendly staff and once finish inti went through the new system with me.
I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a new alarm or audio to check out dragon, you will not be disappointed.
Whilst there I was given cups of tea and biscuits, don’t worry they have a toilet if you drink too many haha

Enquired about the Pandora Smart Pro, from start to finish absolutely amazing customer service. Communication was spot on as I had a lot of questions. Very polite, professional and after the install walked me through each feature of the device. I highly recommend Dragon Car Alarms

After talking with Inti Patel we decided to have a tracker fitted as well as a dash cam and an external battery for parking mode these I supplied myself and the tracker Inti supplied and fitted at the same time as the dash cam etc.
All the work was carried out at the same time and we are very happy with the install even the external parking mode battery is very nicely hidden in the back next to the main cars one, overall we would definitely recommend Inti Patel and his team very professional thanks.

I am very pleased with the work that Inti did on my car. From start to finish, his service was impeccable. Communicating with him through email was prompt, and he always provided all the details I needed. I needed the old dashcams removed and a new one installed, and he did the setup really well. He also installed a security alarm system and explained everything clearly. Throughout the service, Inti looked after my car and kept it safe. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, was always friendly, and offered help if I ever need it in the future. I would definitely recommend Inti/Dragon Car Alarms to anyone. I'm an Avensis fan and my latest vehicle was fitted with a sound system so basic, I'm sure it was used by Noah in his Ark. It was a terrible thing.

A friend recommended that I went to see Inti at Dragon Car Alarms in Fareham and here I met a wonderfully knowledgable and delightful lady called Jo, who guided me through what was required in the way of new wiring etc and what sound units were available, finally settleing on a particular one and giving me a firm figure for the work to be done.

A date was fixed for fitting and the sound unit was fitted in a few hours by Inti, with all functions working such as mobile, rear cameras etc etc, from the new unit.

The whole experience with Inti and Jo was breathtakingly easy and relaxed and I only wish that all small businesses were as pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable as these people at Dragon. Thank you all.

Fantastic service from Inti & Co who, despite being very busy, fitted me in at short notice & did a great job at fitting a tracker & alarm to my camper van. All seems to be working as it should do. Very friendly & helpful.

Took my fiesta st180 to Dragon car alarms today to have viper 106v installed, very clean and tidy waiting room.
Staff were friendly and polite, Inti was easy to talk to and explained how the system works.

Took my Fiesta ST down to Adam and Inti at Dragon car alarms today for an immobiliser and speaker upgrade today. If anyone is looking for this kind of thing I would throughly recommend them to anyone in the south who’s looking for an immobiliser or any audio changes. Top guys with great service from start to finish. Could not fault my experience there.

What can I say? Fantastic customer service. From start to finish Inti kept me updated and answered all of my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met and even worked late to get my car finished within a day to save me commuting the distance. One of the features on one of my added extras he was an unable to activate because of an issue with my car so no fault on his side but he still refunded me even tho the module is still fitted! Absolutely unbelievable service from a top bloke and very professional company. I wouldnt use anybody else now for my security needs and I would highly recommend Inti and his team to anyone.

I waited at the door for at least twenty minutes while the person behind the desk carried on a conversation about his open top car which needed a better sound system,,, had he been young I could have understand it but the customers were middle aged...... very bad manners from staff was my biggest complaint,, I have two large vehicles wanting a security system fitted.... but certainly not by dragoncaralarms

Took my Abarth in to have the pandora mini fitted, they also wired in a dash cam I had sitting at home for no additional fee. Great service from them, would highly recommend.

We had an alarm system fitted to our camper 2 years ago and throughout the past two years if we have had any questions or needed anything they’ve been super helpful and supportive.

I used Dragon Car Alarms to fit a immobilizer to my car. I checked with the manufacturer of the immobilizer beforehand as to whether Dragon were accredited by them. They replied saying that they were not only accredited but they were highly recommended.
I went to Dragons workshops today, they booked me in and started on the installation immediately. It was all done in under two hours. The immobiliser was demonstrated and I was taken through the code change sequence without any problems.
Dragon Car Alarms is indeed highly recommended.
