Not sure why I had to pick 1 star as…

Not sure why I had to pick 1 star as this company does not deserve 1 star. Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my 56 years on Earth. I have added delivery instructions 6 days now and they never read the instructions.if I had to use one word to describe this company and service it would be “DOGSHIT”

Ridiculous

Ridiculous. No updates for 5 days. Then says it will be delivered on a specific day. Wait the whole day, with no delivery. Next morning we get notice it will be delievered the same day between 10am-3pm. Nothing. We get an email at 8:29pm stating it will be delivered in the next hour, only for an email to come in 3 minutes later saying they couldn’t deliever because “no one answered the door”, we were at the window - not a single car drove in front of our house. Thanks a lot.. I’ll blame the driver for the cancellation of our delivery Parmjit. Absolutely horrible delivery process.

I never received the item ordered.

I never received the item ordered and getting no tracking updates. Cannot reach anyone on the phone. emailed the merchant and was told the item was with the carrier and in transit. If this is accurate, the parcel is in Toronto and has been there more than 10 days. My address is 3 hours away. I will be avoiding this service in future.

Absolutely worst service ever

Absolutely worst service ever. Never heard of them before, now suddenly my amazon package is getting delivered by them. Since when? They have not delivered my package, false promises, messages on the tracking system that are false, just terrible. Do I need to stop ordering from amazon or can I NOT select them next time???

Very bad costumer service

Dragonfly? Intelcom? Whatever name they go by, their customer service is terrible. For several days now, I’ve been waiting for a courier to pick up an Amazon return. I keep receiving emails saying the courier will arrive today, and yet no one ever shows up. I tried calling the company, but the wait time was over an hour. I also sent a message through their website, and the email response I received claimed there was a “technical issue” with the package and that I needed to call them to resolve it.
So here I am, on Christmas Eve, stuck on hold for more than an hour because of a mistake they made. My health is fragile and my energy is limited. At this rate, I’ll probably miss Christmas dinner because of this endless wait.

Garbage Delivery service

Delivery is always postponed. Boxes are always damaged or wet because their cheap labour is to thick to understand boxes get wet when left in rain and snow.

Hey Dragonfly got more wet boxes today in Plevna, Ontario because of stupidity.

Terrible experience

Had the displeasures of having half a dozen packages delivered with them. Not ONE of these deliveries went smoothly. Absolute dogshit service. And customer support seemed helpful in the moment but didn't really do what they were supposed to do. How are these guys still operating?

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Delivery at 10 pm at night, but no picture evidence of delivery. Call service center, and the put you on hold for 50 minutes. Just to pick up and hang up on you.

Do Not Use

My package was given to this carrier. It was supposed to end up in Caldeon Village and it ended up somewhere in Thunder Bay, Canada. Called on the phone and talked to some rep in the Phillipines. Told them the package needed to be there by Christmas. Pretty much said they didn't care and needed to hang up the call. Couldn't talk to a supervisor. The reps name was Elle and said it was 24-48 hours to talk to a supervisor or hear back from the warehouse. Currently its the 21st and they cannot even call me back until the 23rd. Do not use the carrier. They route packages incorrectly and won't help you when it was their mistake. She was rude on the phone and awful with customer server. Maybe you should put the calls back Canada were people might care.

They never take care of the packages…

They never take care of the packages entrusted to them. They often arrive severely damaged and sometimes even empty. That's assuming they manage to actually deliver the package to the right address and don't just randomly drop it off somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible

Well, to start off with I extremely hate this company. I am now refusing to use Amazon because they will not do anything about dragonfly. They will not change the delivery service as I have had constant orders that have never showed up, or damaged as they have as I have watched them throw them onto my deck, and I have confronted the delivery driver, and in my eyes he was ignorant and very disrespectful, also have delivered my packages to the wrong address that is in a city that’s 45 minutes from me. I have called Amazon and I have explained my frustration and it seems like they don’t care at all. as also I am sorry I’m going to say this but a new Canadian decided to drive on my front lawn and tore up my whole lawn because apparently there was nowhere to turn around as there was all kinds of parking spots that he could’ve turned around in my driveway, but that’s OK. We can’t say anything about that so to end my review I will never be using Amazon again as long as they have that stupid delivery service dragonfly

updates inconsistent, and unreliable

This company has done this quite regularly, no updates on my packages for days on end, then when its supposed to be delivered, they always and I mean always say sorry has been delayed when in the morning it said it was out for delivery from a local town. The drivers are extremely rude, and 60 % of the time my packages come to me all beat up and always late, as I write thise ive got a package im waiting for and its already 4 days late..and a tracking saying it will be delivered today before 10pm so we have been sitting at home waiting and waiting and never shows, I wish retailers would use FedEx, those guys are amazing

Lost Package - Lousy Customer Service

Tracking stopped in Moncton a week ago. Next location should have been Halifax, less than 3 hours' drive. Trying to find out anything is impossible. There is no chat, no email, no form to report lost packages. I tried to call them. The automated system said there was less than a 5 minute wait. After 40 minutes on hold, I gave up. Estimated delivery date was 12 days ago.

Horrible service

Horrible service, our storage close at 5:00pm, I called 4 times to made instruction for delivery before 5:00pm but they did the same thing every day to delivered after 5:00pm. I called customer service but was waiting for longer than 1 hour.
