Excellent customer service for a fabulous oil at exceptionally good value

Great service & the product is good too.
Lost a star because they suggested going for a less strong product but I do understand that this is a personal thing & the company must go for a more acceptable version when recommending products.
If you think you cam take the stronger product...do it. ;-)

Product was dispatched quickly, communication was good, and it does what it says on the tin.

This CBD oil doesn't taste that bad and its works wonders.

Very pleased with my lip balm, I had a problem with the delivery so I got in touch and straight away it was sorted and communication was great. Highly recommend. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Desent oil but for better results needs to be full spectrum

3 weeks since placing an order, and still not here. Can’t comment on the product I have paid for, as it’s not arrived!

Slow response on contacting me after chasing the order. ( in fact no response after my first email, had to send a second email for a reply)

First time and last time order: the product may be good, but I won’t ever find out.

Perhaps rebrand to ‘Dragon Snail’, due to the slow delivery and response.

I use both the CBD when needed, and the new face cream which has left my skin smoother than I have seen it for a long time.

Dragonfly CBD very good service arrived promptly. i tried it for about five nights but found no effect. Not sure i liked he taste and as my hands are losing their mobility it was difficult to be sure I was dispensing three drops accurately. I might try again.

only tried it once before bed and had the worst sleep ever

I won a 30ml bottle of 1000mg narrow spectrum cbd oil from a Christmas competition. I'd tried another brand the previous year but didn't notice any effects. But with dragonfly, honestly, the first night I used sublingualy, I slept the whole night through. I used to wake up around 10 times a night, now when I used this cbd I wake up 0-3 times and when I do wake its after 5am. Couldn't recommend enough, will be buying when this runs out :)

I have been researching usage of CBD oil to aid my partners various 'aches & pains'. Niggling joint aches in hands and feet and not wanting to live on daily Nurofen. 3 weeks ago he started on DragonFly, he decided to take 3 drops x 3 a day. Within 14 days I noticed he wasn't commenting much on the pain anymore. Now, afte 3 weeks he is asking me 'have we ordered some more?'. Coincidentally, 6 months ago he had raised CRP levels in blood test ordered by GP. A follow up test a week ago and he has 'next to none CRP marker/inflammation' in bloods. Obviously, we cannot link this directly to CBD, we are not on any trial but if its a coincidence then it's a very happy one. Thanks Dragonfly!

I had 1000&2000 deal.which was a good deal .delivery was very good.i think I am starting to feel the benefits from the oil as I suffer from both forms of arthritis.i wish I could get a stronger dosage thanks

When I tell you this oil has changed my life for the better!!!!! I have been looking for a CBD brand that is legit ( I don't believe in the gas stations ones or most online flashy brands) and would be worth the cost and this brand/products is it!!! I suffer from horrible anxiety/depression/ and OCD and within a week I have seen a dramatic difference. The nervous shakes, nervous sweats, irrational thoughts, my worry to make everything clean and perfect is GONE! my anxiety medication can't even do this much. so with all that, if you are looking for a cbd oil to try, try this one for sure it makes me want to try happy tears.

I was intrigued by the @butyoudontlookill promotional code as I suffer from an invisible illness. I’ve considered trying cbd for a while now but the positive review from Amy helped encourage me to take the plunge and try it out. After all, what did I have to lose?

Quick delivery even in the face of the pre-Christmas postal rush. Communication was clear and I was kept updated throughout the process. Item arrived well packaged and it’s good to know there’s a seal on the bottle so you know for definite that it’s new/unopened.

Really enjoying the product as a whole. I got the narrow spectrum, 1000mg 30ml bottle. It’s definitely reduced my anxiety and has done wonders for my sleep! I suffer with insomnia due to my medical condition and this has been a saving grace. I’ve tried meditation, sleep podcasts, exercise, good sleep hygiene, herbal remedies and melatonin and none of them (and probably not even all of them combined either) could do what this has done for me. Obviously it’s not a miracle worker so if you mess up your sleep routine with a late night then that will naturally still affect it but I still rate this very highly.

This is my first experience using cbd liquid (have tried smoking before but not sure how refined it was as there was probably remnants of thc). There is zero thc in this and you can tell when you take it that there’s none due to no side effects (I react badly to thc).

I use 4 drops in the morning and 7 in the evening most days and this is what’s working for me.

My only gripe is that it’s unclear what measurements you should be having (is a drop actually a consistent measurement?). Some other brands have markings for measurements on the pipettes so you can only fill it to the line and ensure more accurate dosages. I would assume that this would probably help you figure out how long a bottle will last you too.

Good products & services overall. Just need to add full spectrum cbd (with added terpenes) and high quality vaping oils to your product lines.
