Everytime they disappoint greatly. This is the worst postal company of them all. If you can, stay away.

Punctuality

It's always the same thing with this courier! No accuracy whatsoever, with time of delivery and with handing the package over! So many times they've handed my package to neighbors! Where do I start to find my package? Left or right?! I literally don't know any of my neighbors by name! It would be helpful to even state which house number they've left the package! Oh but no! This courier doesn't give a flying care about that. And I have proof that they don't even ring the bell! If there's an option for me to choose which courier my orders would be delivered by, this courier company would never be one!

I’m growing tired of their delivery guys dropping the package, no knock or anything. They may be good in other countries, but in Canada they are lousy.
If I could find an alternative to Amazon I would switch, but first check to see who they use as a delivery service.

The driver called about our blocked street and we found a solution for the delivery. He was kindfull en did his best to deliver the pakkage.

They were to pick up a package and gave a time window of between 9:45 and 1:45 so I stayed home during this time but they did not arrive. On calling the office at 2:00pm I was told that the driver was on number 57 and I was number 95 so it would be another 3 hour window. Totally unacceptable and they should contact you if they are not able to pick up the item in the time span that they allotted you. Their time is important but my time is just as important. Would never use in future

Just got my package which contained a collectible item. The package and contents are in perfect condition. The delivery man was superkind aswell. I trully enjoyed this. They don't asked me to write a review nor send an email about this. This is how happy I am :-) Thanks again for the great service!

Why does Amazon partner with this company? I’ll never understand. They attempted to deliver my package once at 21:33 to my workplace and never came back again.

Zero flexibility, zero communication.

Parcel was in good shape . The driver was very polite & friendly. Parcel arrived in good time. All in all good service.

This is my first time ever writing a review because I am beyond mad at this company's services. I had no choice but to use dragonfly service twice and both times took at least 3 tries to be delivered. My package is time sensitive and now I am pissed. I talked with the CS for a bit via email but I still don't understand what their problem is. It's so weird.

The courier rang my intercom, but when I went downstairs a few minutes later, he was gone. My package was left unattended in the elevator.
This is unacceptable and unsafe. Anyone could have taken it. I have already had multiple packages go missing with your company.
Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend.
