I got the year of the snake kit with mast pro cartridges the machine is the best ive ever had Great product highly recommended for beginners only tested on fake skin so far but the quality is high and the manufactured to a high standard good price i have ordered from 5 different manufacturers and so far these are the best smooth operating

This is a realy good company !
I bought a couple of years ago a machine with issues, send them a mail and they fixed and refund me everything.
Now have 3 tattoo machines from them , the year of the dragon , year of the snake and year of the horse.
I have my printer and cartridges from them and everything works perfect without issues for a couple of years now.
I ordered this week 21 packages and they fly it from china to the netherlands in 7 days.
Relaiable company and a pleasure to do business with.

I ordered a mast fold pro with ink, fake skin etc. from this company. They told me it would take time because they had to wait for the clip cord covers to arrive to their stock. I wanted to cancel the order because and they stopped answering. One day later they said they couldnt cancel the order beceause they shipped it?! With this answer:

" Hi,
Sorry we couldn’t help cancel the order since your order already shipped out. According to our Return and Exchanges Policy, shipped orders cannot be canceled.
If you want a refund, pls wait until the package reaches destination and send back. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Here is your tracking Number, pls check it. Thank you."

I could se under the shipment details that they had packed and sent it after i tried to cancel my order, and the clip cord covers that wasnt in stock is still nowhere to be found. No information, no uppdates, no clip cord covers. They just sent what they had because they knew i would have problems returning it due to 60 euro selfcost. Stay away from this company, thats all i can say.

Had my first tattoo machine for my birthday the DragonHawk L3 and was very impressed I have started and I am learning I could not be any happier with my machine 10/10

Ordered a fold pro and it never arrived. Sent a 20 dollar box of dogfood instead of a 250.00 tattoo pen. Horrible company and horrible customer service. Won't refund and denies anything they did. I even bought shipping protection that did nothing. Do not trust this company

I've been buying from Dragonhawk for a while, excellent machines and needles. This time a minor packaging error was even fixed swiftly and we were given an extra package of needles with the correct size free of charge. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Ordered the new year of the snake but quite quickly they messaged and told me out of stock gave the option to Waite or would change to the year of the dragon. Even though I’ve not got the exactly what I ordered they way they dealt with it changing the order very quickly plus on arrival after 5 days gave me extra real skin, gloves , 2 wrapping tape plus a large t shirt for the trouble.

I have bought fold pro as a back up mashine only. I normally used cheyenne hawk pen but i've found fold pro being so much better. Battery lasted for 7! Yes seven hours of work. Mashine is overall good quality buld and easy to set up. And it so much juice in it. I also ordered Mast printer and its a pretty dicent one i have no issue wit it whatsover. Must say that delivery to UK took abot 10 working days and i am tottally alright with that. What is also should be said is that it came with 2 presents and i am so flatgered with that. Ive got sterilising station for my mashine as well as pack of 20 cartridges. Highly appreciate that. Will buy more from Dragonhawk ad will recommend to others!

To be honest i was afraid that my order would not be shipped when i saw yun express package tracking BUT after all my package was delivered in 12 days from China to Poland and they provided additional t-shirt - everything went well.

I bought a starter kit and it's above expectations✨ The machine is so smooth and pleasant to work with. The battery holds very well.
Everything in the kit is of a great quality.

Great service when i needed to change something in my order i was able to email and have it sorted that same day

I purchased a tattoo kit from Dragonhawk website but it was missing the ink cups and I let them know about it they told me that they will send me the ink cups. Are you joking me?! now I have to wait for another 2 weeks to receive the stupid ink cups.

I purchased a 2 x tattoo machines from separate sellers Amazon and they came with a dangerous plug with no FUSE
How are these sellers getting away with it and sleep at night
They need reporting to TRADING STANDARDS

Worst brand ever. Is all ok until the machine or the batteries are not broken...than noone help and they do anything to don't give you back the money. Is a nightmear. Highly recommend NEVER EVER buy from them. And if you erase the message I will keep on posting it everywhere so good luck.

EDIT: I had problems with this company but right now its okay i got my money back i've tried to order once again this time through bank card and everything went better than the last time.

Had a machine that had an issue where the needles stuck out about 2mm before it was even turned on. Imagine adding an automatic 2mm to a machine that does 2.4mm-4.2mm... yeah, dangerous.
They sent me a "replacement" that was literally the same machine with the same price.
Can't get them to respond to me now.
They keep telling me to send "a full video of the problem"... I've sent 6 videos total now. All of which show the problems very clearly. They told me it was a defective battery. The battery is also their brand. As soon as my last video showed all of the issues, suddenly it's complete silence.
Hoping I can have an artist that's well versed with tattoo machines fix them, because I'm out $200 and had to buy one from a different company because I refuse to ever do business with them.

Took rather long to arrive (ordered on the 8th of February and arrived on the 21st) however customer service was nice.
After some concerns the package arrived quickly.
It was well wrapped, nothing broken and everything works well.

I bought a mast fold pro and after 40m of usage started to makes a loud chunky noise and the needles wont work properly. After contacting the suport the sent a troubleshoot vídeo and I procede as instructed and the issue stays the same. After contacting again another questions and another troubleshoot. Once again the machine stays the same malfunctioning. After contacting again I got no answer they simply stoped replying. I hasked for a new machine or the refund but ignored my email. Dont ever buy FROM this guys its a total scam and You get up with no money and a manufacturing defect machine in Hanks. Worst customer service ever.
