No problem recommending - it was a good price, they arrived when they said they would, and they took care not to splatter the wife's plants with the hose - unlike some companies!

Refusal to deliver on a narrow lane
After not being able to access my accounts phone call established the delivery was scheduled for a big lorry. I believe I ticked the small lorry. On the day of delivery the driver refused to drive to the house, although other oil companies have not had a problem. I regret being attracted by the £20 discount and will not use Dragon again or recommend the company to any body

They were nice to talk to on the phone, and when delivered all was good! Just I had my first delivery missed by 2 days wait! However I did get £20 discount. 3 star for a good service I rate.

Brilliant first try
Ordered with Dragon using their recent postal promo. Delivery was a day quicker and I didn't even hear the driver until he was packing up. The only criticism would be, comms didn't really exist. I paid and had an email saying I'd paid, that was it. In todays world, you usually get a second email of confirmation/our for delivery today.
