Broken figure
One of the figures in a boardgame, was broken at the stand.
#EDIT:
You offered two solutions:
1. You could teach me how to glue the figurine together.
2. I should request a replacement figurine, from the supplier.
I went with option 2. After 5 days, they responded, and shipped a new figure, free of charge. Quality Service by Fantasy Flight Games. And exceptional costumer service by Dragonslair.

Delivery when promised, well packed and documented
My purchase arrived with ample bubble wrap and in good condition on the day it was promised. Product description was spot on and a detailed receipt was included. Easy and trouble free shopping experience.

Rapid Delivery and Excellent Customer Service
I ordered some Netrunner cards from Dragons Lair, sadly they were out of stock of one particular item. The next day, I recieved a personal email from them and was allowed to trade one of my items for another, upon which they promptly shipped the package. It arrived the day after that. Very happy!
