I was so pleased to be able to purchase a Steiff teddy bear which was out of stock on every other online shop. Price was low compared to other stores. Free delivery. Free gift box and packaging. Excellent packaging, reliable business and good price.
Only shopped here once, but would be more than happy to again. They came through with stock that was incredibly difficult to source otherwise, at a difficult time of the year (, in a very difficult year itself)- and the price was very good. The care and time taken in the packing and presentation was exemplary and hugely appreciated. Based on my experience, I'd have no qualms whatsoever about recommending this business and I wish them the very best. Great shop!
