Elderly Parent's emergency
Had an emergency blockage at my elderly parents house who had sadly paid various other Drainage companies to come and simply take money from them and not fix the problem.
I was recommended Dan from Drain2Drain through a friend and it was the best recommendation I could have ever been given.
Dan and his team came out at short notice, identified the actual problem, with factual evidence, fixed the problem and charged my parents a fraction of what they'd already paid out.
The most impressive thing was the empathy, kindness and consideration given to my parents who are in their 80's.
I know through other sources, the work should have cost more but because my parents had already been taken for a ride - for want of a better term, I believe Dan and has team took that in to consideration when they presented the bill to myself and my parents.
I could not recommend this company, along with Dan and his team highly enough.
