Although the work done by this company was OK - they cleared a drain blocked by tree roots, it has been impossible to obtain the information needed for an insurance claim. They seem to be unable to provide a breakdown of costs and the cctv footage needed by the insurance company. I have phoned the number on the invoice and emailed many times requesting this. My insurance claim is now blocked. I am exasperated by the complete lack of after sale service and wonder if the 10-year guarantee is actually worth anything.
