Reece dropped everything and came round shortly after I found water flowing from a drain in my garage despite calling him in the evening. He quickly identified the problem, cleared the blockage and cleaned up. Which was hugely appreciated. He’s very friendly & professional and utterly reasonable too. I’d totally recommend him.

Reece did a fantastic job. He came out very quickly the same day, and cleared the blockage within an hour. He had all the correct equipment and obviously knows his stuff. Such a friendly guy as well and extremely professional. I can highly recommend him.

Reece was a life saviour!. He helped us sorting out our back gully after two different companies dismissed the issue or they couldn't identify what was causing the overflow. Reece kindly responded on the same day, even within the hour, listened to our concerns and didn't rush the work at all. He thoroughly inspected, cleaned, flushed and double tested everything to make sure the issue was fixed. He was also very patient, responding all my questions and giving us advise how to maintain the gully in good state. He literally went above and beyond!!

Our outside drain from the kitchen became blocked over the Easter bank holiday weekend. We contacted our home breakdown cover who contacted Drain Away Ltd and arranged for them to come out to us within less than a day, and on the bank holiday Monday. Amazing!! He turned up on time and promptly fixed the problem. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
