Terrible avoid just want money for nothing!

Not impressed terrible job not done!
Clearly using a local contractor is not the best idea if you’re not aware they are cowboys!
Clearly the drainage company that was sent to my property had no idea how to unblock a drain, or rather they looked for an excuse to blame something they couldn’t rectify by saying your drains broken it will cost a few thousand to repair.
It had nothing to do with the main drain hole that they spent 20 mins poking rods down and then jetting. The water wasn’t even flowing into the manhole it was backed up all the pipe work around my house with 4 external open drains full and overflowing. No attempt to remove a smaller inspection hatch ( I did tell them it was there) which would have just needed a rod down to clear it funnily enough that’s exactly what I did when I returned took all of 10 mins to rod it and clear it and then I flushed all my own drains! Never wanted to call out people, but I was away and my wife couldn’t flush the toilets for 2 days!
I have since sent videos of the drains and pictures showing me clearing it and I expect a full refund £186! Terrible price for not much work done! I will update once I get my refund and ideally compensation for myself having to clear a smelly drain out, I’m a pensioner this is just not good enough.
