First class service, turned up as scheduled and recommended we called Welsh Water. They didn’t need to have done that and could have charged us for doing the work. It makes a change to deal with an honest company who doesn’t just want to rip you off. Thank your for your honest service.

The gentlemen who did the work were pleasant and courteous. They were very fast and seemed to know exactly what they had to do.
To their credit, as they couldn't finish the job, they only took a 50% payment for work done.
However, they took (approx) ten days to return. As it happens, this wasn't a great problem for us but it would have been nice to have had the job finished in one day.
On return, they needed to borrow my angle grinder plus my stone cutting disc, black rubble bag and a plastic bag, to complete the work. This was because they didn't have a disc for their angle grinder or, presumably, black bags. Considering the amount of money we paid them, we shouldn't have had to lend them our equipment.
However, as the job was a broken sewage pipe, we were just glad it was finished.

Charged my mother 300 pounds for a 20 minute job. All that did was scrape an open gutter and they left the small hard standing in a state. Shocking.

Avoid.

Great service, came out day after i called, polite engineers and good value

I rarely write reviews but was very impressed by the service. Nathan turned up when he said he would, found the problem after having to find and uncover one of our manholes covers and was able to clear the blockage. He also provided further preventative advice. The cost was a flat fee and I thought it was reasonable for the amount of time he was here and how thorough he was.

Fantastic and quick service on a blocked drain causing issues at our house.

Enquiry sent late last night and Andrew attended by 1pm the next day. He was friendly, helpful, explained everything and got the job done within 45 minutes.

He is a great asset to the company and really pleased with the service he provided us.

We contacted Drain Doctor after an unpleasant smell led us to try and unblock our drains unfortunately resulting in the drain rods getting stuck in the drain.
After filling out the online form at 6pm they called within 20 minutes and had someone out the next morning.
The problem was quickly sorted, rods removed and drain cleaned. The man was lovely, very informative and professional. Got it sorted quickly and did a through job cleaning the drain. Seeing the drain on the camera they used has also given peace of mind that they aren't blocked now.
Would use again and recommend, especially if you need it sorted quickly. Great service.

I called on Friday morning and spoke to Lewis Greenhill who was very accommodating; he arranged a call out for Monday morning. Nathan arrived, having called 25 minutes prior, which I thought was a nice touch. He worked tirelessly (on a hot day) and sorted out my problem with the drain. Everything was explained to me as he worked his way through the job, and i felt relieved that everything was sorted. I'd highly recommend The Drain Doctor.

Absolutely fantastic service, speed, quality and friendliness.
Nathan, the engineer was brilliant, offered loads of help and incite and went above and beyond to help. I very rarely leave feedback but this service needed it.

Called and spoke to Lewis, told him the problem and made appointment for today, Andrew called arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem then called Nathan, and within 30 minutes the problem was solved, cannot recommend these absolute stars enough, thank you, thank you, thank you for the service and the very reasonable price for work done .

When faced with a serious issue not of our making the engineer Denis arrived, Quickly identified the problem and worked tirelessly and resolved the situation. He did not stop for over three hours. He was professional, polite, clean and efficient in difficult circumstances. He kept us updated on cost and the processes. A first class response and problem solved. I would have no reservation in wholeheartedly recommending Drain Doctor and their engineer, well worth the cost.

Dinis was great - gave me sound advice on stopping future blockages as well as showing me how clear the drains were from my dad’s annexe to the main pump! Really pleased with the service i received

Ryan came round today to look at and fix our blocked toilet. I had tried everything. Ryan was so friendly and professional. Unblocked it in about 5 minutes after giving us several options. A true asset to the company, would recommend his service to everyone.
He saved me hundreds of pounds.
