Drain Doctor were the only company that stuck with us. About three well known companies were contacted but it seemed like it was an effort to help!
Drain Doctor ——-Jessica & Tash calmed us down and stuck with us to get us help. Their team Adrian and Tyrone were brilliant and never gave up in order to get us unblocked. Thank you so much for supporting us in our hour of need when nobody else wanted to help. Definitely use this company, they are amazing!

Turned up on the day, and at the time, they said they would and did a great job. Charge was less than expected (bonus) and the garden looks as it did before work commenced. Hopefully will not need their services again any time soon but will have no hesitation in calling them again in the unlikely event they are needed in the future. Would definitely recommend if you need this type of work carried out.

They contacted me via email for an appointment and then phoned to say they were on route - Tash. Dean was great and fixed the issue. Thank you DrainDoctor . Would definitely use again if needed

Adrian was very good. Explaining what he was doing how to clear the drain.

I contacted them in the morning and the man was here in a couple of hours. The man was lovely and did what needed doing. I could not have asked for a better service or better person to have done the job.

Using the website and booking system was easy and I had confirmation no problem. Dean arrived and explained what he would do and the prices. He carried out the work keeping me informed along the way and gave good advice on next steps. Thanks alot.

Charlie from Drain Doctor came to remove a blockage in our toilet today. This involved removing our toilet to have access to the blockage. Charlie was polite and friendly. We are delighted with the first class job he did, how he respected our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the job. Jessica who took the initial call is a gem. She progress chased the job through from start to finish. We would thoroughly recommend Drain Doctor. Thanks guy.

Excellent service from Drain Doctor, especially my engineer Ady & later with Tyrone. It was a really difficult problem that kept escalating but Ady persevered and Im pleased to say, the blockage and new drain installation has been resolved. I would readily recommend this company.

Dean who arrived was friendly, told me what he was going to was clean and tidy and sorted the blockage would definitely recommend them to anyone else

Sadly a very poor experience over the weekend, despite the very good reviews.

I first called at 1pm on Saturday to explain my situation (no functioning toilet, sewage spilled out into back garden). I was told someone would call me back as soon as possible. I hadn't heard anything by 4:45pm, so called again. They apologised, said they'd put it through as urgent. Again, I had heard nothing by 5:45pm, so after speaking to them again, asked to be put on the list for first thing on Sunday morning, as by the time they got there that evening (if they ever did) it would realistically be too late to start digging things up anyway. I had heard nothing by 9am on Sunday morning so phoned again to make sure I was on the list, they again told me it would be put through as urgent. I heard nothing back at all on Sunday, and was still left without a functioning toilet, with sewage in my back garden.

The first I heard from them was Monday morning, where I received two phone calls, the second of which was a follow up from the director from the relevant office. She was extremely apologetic for my experience and is looking into how this happened, and seems to be dealing with it in the way I would now hope. However, that doesn't take away from the fact that I was left with no toilet facilities at all at home from Saturday morning until Monday afternoon (when another company turned up exactly on time and cleared the blockage promptly). If I didn't have family who lived within very short walking distance, I wouldn't have been able to stay at my home at all over the weekend.

If I had known at the outset that no one from Drain Doctor would come out over the weekend, I would have tried another company early on Saturday, but by the time I had given up on Drain Doctor arriving it was the Sunday afternoon, at which point it felt pointless trying to get anyone out that day, and that I'd be better trying another company on Monday.

Extremely disappointing service, for such a highly rated company, and not at all what I expected from a company claiming to offer 24/7 emergency support.

Adrian was a star. Really patient and professional. Not an easy job with an old house but he really stuck with it to get it sorted. Would recommend Adrain and the company to anyone

Very pleasant and professional company to deal with from initial contact, booking a cctv report through to carrying out the drain repairs. Great communication throughout, polite and tidy and very respectful of our property. We are very satisfied with their standard of work.

The engineer turned up at the time I was advised and was well presented, polite and professional.
He assessed the issue and carried out the works as quoted for.
I would highly recommend Drain Doctor and would not hesitate in using them again if needed

The engineer was very determined and persistent, he wasn’t going to leave until the problem was resolved. I really appreciated that they went above and beyond and sorted our problem for us. I would definitely use them again.
