All of the staff at Drain Doctor were professional, courteous and helpful
The work was carried out well and in accordance with the estimates provided

The engineer arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. The blockage in the pipe was cleared and everything is now working properly.

However, I felt the price was a bit on the higher side for the work carried out. Overall, the service was efficient but slightly expensive.

Very good service, clean up the blockage, save us a lot of hassle.

Nice bunch of guys, turned up on time and managed to get the issue sorted, not too expensive given the effort involved.

George did an excellent job - clear price from start and went above an beyond. Would definitely use again in future.

Lewis the drainage engineer was extremely polite and phoned to ask if could come early which was a relief. Luckily, the blockage was not severe - roots in a drain we didn’t know was there. He provided a quote and once agreed the blockage was quickly sorted. Everything was left clean and tidy and we couldn’t be happier. Many thanks Lewis & Drain Doctor.

I had a mixed experience with Drain Doctor. We had an urgent issue with our toilet and although we were given a time slot, the engineer arrived slightly outside of it. Thankfully I was home so it wasn’t a major problem.
The engineers were friendly and the issue was resolved, but the job took less than an hour and the price felt far higher than expected – we probably could have bought a new toilet for a similar amount. We also had to silicone the toilet back ourselves afterwards as they didn’t have any with them.
Overall the service was polite, but the cost felt excessive. Unfortunately we wouldn’t choose to use them again.

Arrived a bit later than agreed but once he did arrive he was straight on the case and sorted the problem pretty quickly. So basically fast, efficient and polite. Would definitely use them again

Sent a person to repair a blocked downstairs toilet who scuffed the toilet bowl, damaged the sink plughole which subsequently had to be replaced, and left us with a bad sewage smell which wasn’t there before. Contacted them for remediation and was told they were drawing a line under it. Do not use.

Having been let down by another company, Drain Busters, who simply didnt turn up for a booked appointment, I called a few companies including Drain Doctor. Ricardo responded immediately and was on site within 2 hours. He fixed the problem professionally and fully, and for a very fair price and was charming throughout. I am so glad to have found this company and will always use them in the future now (even though I hope I won’t have to!). Thank you so much for truly 5 star service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dan and Ollie were prompt, polite and professional, and unblocked a very troublesome toilet after finding that not one but two loo freshener holders were stuck in the pipe!! I’ve already recommended Drain Doctors to my neighbours and will definitely use again if needed!

I was extremely impressed by the prompt response by Drain Doctor to attend blocked drainage at my property within an hour of calling them. Dan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Dan explained the best plan of action to rectify the issue I was having and he kept me informed along the way. Very quick response and the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company!

The guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Got on with the clearance, carried out investigative work with their camera, identified the various faults that were causing water penetration in my basement and recommended corrective action.
Very efficient, I have used them before and I will use them again in the future.
