They took their time to go through every details of the work with me, they were patience with me and very efficient.

The Engineer was polite and quick in knowing what the problem and fixing it. Also very considerate when doing his work about safety and other people around him .

Called Drain Doctor due to a blocked drain. They turned up quickly, gave a fair price and explained what they were going to do. Dave couldn't have been more helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was sorted. Will definitely use them again.

Contacted drain doctor with issue with a blockage. Arranged an engineer (Sam) to come out the same day who quoted and then completed the work. The job was problematic but Sam was brilliant and worked.very hard and persevered managing to resolve the issue for which we are very grateful.

I called in the morning and within 2 hours these guys were there. They were very polite and professional and even though the drain was quite awkward they managed to solve the issue. I would definitely use again.
