Super helpful, knew what the issue was straight away. Seemed nice and friendly and got the job done while I could carry on with work.

They were more than prompt, for an appointment made early afternoon. They turned up at 5 PM, rather than the 6pm to 7 PM window. Very helpful, so excellent service for a slightly difficult job. I would recommend them totally.

Engineer was fine and he knew what he was doing but it is expensive 200 + for kitchen cleaning is little higher than expected. Please get a quote before opting

James arrived on time and quickly assessed and fixed my issue. An old drain had become an entryway for rats. James patiently explained the work required and also answered all my questions. Drain Doctor was prompt to answer my inquiry and was also the only company willing to give me an estimate (range) before coming which I appreciated. Excellent service.

Huge thanks to Drain Doctor for rescuing me from what became a two‑visit plumbing mission. A simple blocked toilet turned out to be anything but simple, and they ended up having to remove the toilet and sort out the pipework behind, which was a hangover from the builders work almost 20 years ago. Even with all the unexpected issues, they stayed friendly, hardworking, and completely focused on fixing the problem properly. I really appreciated their honesty and dedication. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks once again to James and Brad!
