Managed to get an appointment the same day. Very nice, friendly service. Did a great job - sorted the problem quickly.

Very happy with their service - I sent a booking form in just before 9am for a blocked toilet. Within the hour I had a call back offering an engineer for that day. An hour later another call from the engineer, Marcus to say he would be about 20 mins - which he was. Gave a quote before starting, explained what he was going to do and communicated throughout the successful (& quick) process. Paid there and then so everything all resolved and sorted by lunchtime!

Brilliant company! Ricardo and Marcus were just brilliant! Very transparent with costings no hidden fees! I was quoted by another company nearly 3 times as much!

What we thought was a blocked drain was identified by Harry and his colleague to be a much larger problem. He and his colleague were professional, knowledgeable and really helped resolve the problem. Ricardo is always so professional and really appreciate his quick responses to my queries. Would most definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

Fantastic service! We needed a new drain cover and Marcus was brilliant. He arrived next day, on time, friendly and helpful and did a really good job, neatly cemented in, clean and tidy. I’ll be using Drain Doctor every time from now on!

We called as we discovered had a blocked drain, within hours Marcus came along and sorted out our problem, really nice guy, very informative and was able to sort out our initial problem, then as promised I was contacted about follow up work that needs to be arranged. Great service, really pleased.

This is the 2nd time I used Drain Doctor as really pleased with the last job. Ricardo was so helpful. He came back with a quote right away and work scheduled for 2 days later. The work was to replace a piece of outdoor clay pipe which had a bend but needed to be straight. The person who replaced the pipe was friendly, approachable, respectful to me and my home. He was clean, tidy and talked me through the steps. Completed in less than 2 hours. He was a star.

We had Marcus in to our salon and he did an amazing job for what it was. He was very professional and told us what to do in the mean time of having it fixed. Also very good timing as we had called and they came out within the hour! highly recommend

Super responsive, quickly sent an engineer round to sort out our kitchen sink drain, on a free call out, explained what the issue was and swiftly repaired the issue. Martin and Ricardo were fantastic, definitely recommend them.

Called them today with a drain emergency in Woodley came within 40 minutes and did a fab job, not a great day to be outside but all sorted thank you so much would recommend 👌

Engineer attended for a blocked drain and was on site for approximately 15 minutes. I was told the issue had been resolved, however no checks were carried out to confirm this, the bath was not tested and no drainage assessment was done.

The first time the bath was used three months later, the blockage was still very much so present, confirming the problem had never been fixed. When I raised this, the company relied on “partial warranty” terms rather than addressing the fact that the original work was incomplete and unverified.

Paid for a repair, received no proof it worked. Poor service and no accountability.

Had a great experience today! Scott was super friendly and professional from start to finish. He quickly found the issue with my toilet, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. Really respectful and efficient, couldn’t ask for better service. Would definitely recommend.

Came to investigate a nasty smell coming from the drains, took their time to inspect then do a flush and camera investigation.

Discovered an underground problem that is now in the hands of the insurance company which I would never ever have found with my trusty drain rods!

Just a great service, I spoke to the plumber who booked in some time to come over and look at our problem. He provided great advice and after evaluating the problem referred us to a more appropriate provider. Really appreciated his advice and help. Thank you.

Had a slow draining kitchen gully. Exact time that was arranged, Scott arrived (cannot say that for most trades!). Soon realised that the blockage was further down the line - but no obvious manhole. He suggested it was buried under the patio and pointed out the spot he expected it to be. He offered a quote to return and lift the blocks and clear the drain, but to his credit suggested that I should give it a go and give him a call back if there was any problems getting it cleared. Got it cleared that evening - he was spot on with the location. Most companies would have spun a few stories to make you accept a larger quote - but fair play to Scott for lending the advice (free of charge) and quality advice as well. Highly recommended Drain Doctors - great to see a company with no call out fee and happy to provide advice to people and save them a large wedge as well! And thanks to Scott - wish you well

Jake could not have been more helpful. He was patient, efficient and thorough. The problem (a blocked drain) has been completely fixed. Jake explained what he was doing and how things were going and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. A great job - thank you very much.

The job was done excellent by Scott and Jake (Reading division). We got unusual issue (lost wallet). They found it! They were really professional with a very good attitude. Scott and Jake did the best! A huge gratitude for this! Also they have done another job very properly and professionally! I will recommend this company 100%! Thank you very much once again!!!
