OFFENSIVE SMELLY SANDALS
I ordered 2 pairs of sandals. Delivery was slow, but that's not my issue. When I finally got the sandals and was opening the package, the smell of....oil??gasoline?? I don't know.....was so strong I didn't even take the sandals out of their separate plastic bags. I wrote them requesting info on how to return them for credit and about the offensive, strong smell. They told me to send photos of the item and the shipping label - I did so, requesting a credit. They wrote back that the photos were reviewed and decided company handled the order accurately. They only allow refunds for missing or incorrect product - return request DENIED! Oh, they did offer a 10% refund - I DENIED their offer! Obviously they have a LOW bar for Quality Control...AND...their customer's concerns are NOT concerns of their company. I threw the sandals away. With that strong smell and not knowing what chemical it may be, I was NOT going to put them next to my skin - OR to anyone else's - so donation was not an option. IN THE GARBAGE THEY WENT -- SORRY LANDFILL!!
