A Christmas present for my 9 year old granddaughter who loved it. All the adults were fascinated and I now have a lovely tree decoration.
The parcel was delivered quickly and well packaged.
I will be purchasing again.

Ordered 3D Pen and refill pack. Got delivered to wrong flat. We advised Draw 3D and they immediately responded with a replacement order. The original one turned up and I advised them I would try and reject delivery of 2nd Item. Again we got an immediate response and told we could just keep the additional product as an apology for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service all round. We will make sure second package finds a worthwhile home.
As the package is for a Christmas present, I cannot speak for the product itself until later.

The pen and filaments were delivered promptly. It would have been useful to know that if you let the filament disappear into the open the end can get stuck and block the pen. I emailed customer service on Sunday night and got a response and new pen sent Monday. I would like to see more comprehensive usage instructions and a wider selection of stencils. Would buy again.

Happy to take your money and not deliver the product then use fake Amazon delivery notification emails.

Do not buy from this company,unless you are ok with no customer services, A week after and still waiting for a response,emails never answered, contact number is a mobile phone that nobody will ever answer,sent several messages and the guy would never answer,so very weird,
I received the pen but without confirmation email,NOTHING AT ALL,
Buy somewhere else with good reviews and customer service,

Bought a 3D pen for my daughter which broke after 1 week.
Made multiple attempts to contact the company and was ignored.
None existent customer service, cheap product.

Amazing experience!

Awful. Sent the wrong items and tried to email three times and left numerous telephone messages to try to resolve.
No response at all.

We received our pen which was faulty (stopped working after 5 minutes). Took a week to arrange for a replacement to be sent out which was also immediately faulty (error messages as soon as it turned on). Went through the process again and received a third pen which again was faulty and wouldn't heat up. Sent videos of all pens to customer services who just kept sending pens out which although was good service, the fact that 3 faulty pens in a row were sent out was disappointing. I asked for a full refund of the bundle I had ordered as I couldn't use any of it and they refused and offered to send out another pen (which had another error message as soon as you turn it on) and just told us to check we were using the correct adaptor which we were.
If the product worked it would have been fantastic but sadly I spent a lot of money to not be able to use it.

A great product through and through! Definitely recommend to those who have kids/ nieces and nephews.

Great service by Draw3d. My order came quickly and the 3D Pen is really fun to use. I purchased this for my nieces and I was enjoying it more than them. I had some small issues which were dealt very quickly by the customer service team. I would highly recommend them.

Great pen just as good as the more expensive brands you see for sale , so glad I risked steering clear of amazon. The delivery was same speed as amazon so was a win win.
Had a few issues getting started but customer service was amazing and helped me resolve all the way.
Will be looking at ordering another 2 for my other daughters.
