SCAM!!!
SCAM!!!!
DO NOT BUY!
Minus 10 stars!!
Not only does the product NOT work at all.
(You're basically paying for coloured water)
When you want to return for a refund, instead of shipping it back to the local location it was shipped FROM, you must send it to an overseas third-party location. This makes returning the product more expensive.
They offer - at best - 65% of the money you paid.
Very nice business model. Sell a scam product and offer a reduced refund, keep the rest - to fund the continuation of the scam.
I hope they rot in hell.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. It charged me 4 times the quoted price with no ability to cancel.
Complete scam
Complete scam. Ordered 1 bottle to try and ended up with multiples and charged more than US$100. Returned the product immediately to get my refund and weeks later it still hasn’t shown up in my Pay Pal account. PayPal next to useless in addressing this dispute.
This stuff is a joke
This stuff is a joke. What a waste of money. It doesn't clean anything. It certainly won't clean a stove. Should have know it's from China they never sell anything thats legit. And I bought mine off of Facebook where I was I was told to never buy anything off of the Facebook site because everything is from China and you'll probably never get it. Then when you try to contact them they ghost you. Such a rip off.
If I could go lower on the stars
If I could go lower on the stars, I would! Don't waste your hard earned money on this garbage. I would do better with windex. Terrible.

Scammy Facebook company that lie about…
Scammy Facebook company that lie about their products and then you can't return it. Do not buy from them. The product says it will last years which only refers to the hard plastic you put the tablets in which dissolve after a few flushes. Absolute waste of money

If I could give less than a one star I would. I ordered the product. It was to be 16.95 and I was billed $68. Thank goodness I had used PayPal because PayPal linked their phone number to the account. I was able to call and get my money refunded that said the Customer Service woman on the phone was absolutely rude. not a company. I’d prefer to deal with at all.
Hopeless and a scam
No, based on numerous customer reviews, "Dr Clean Spray" (often the tablet-based system) is generally considered ineffective, a potential scam, and a waste of money, with users reporting it doesn't cut grease or grime and comparing it to spraying water, while also highlighting issues with deceptive subscriptions and difficult refunds. While some marketing claims it's a powerful, safe, all-in-one cleaner for many surfaces, user experiences overwhelmingly contradict this, especially for tough jobs like oven cleaning.
HORRIBLE experience!
HORRIBLE experience!! They led me to believe I was spending less than $25 and the "final" price that I was expected to pay was $53!!I was lied to, misled and cheated!!! Now, I just want my money back and their website is impossible!!!
Literally an AI scam.
This company uses almost ENTIRELY AI generated footage for their “advertisements”. Super deceptive business practice especially considering the fact that the ads are meant to show how fast and efficiently this product cleans. This is all a complete lie and this product does not work at all!!!
Horrible
Horrible. Please save your money.
I received a broken defective spray bottle .. and the purple tabs don’t even dissolve .
And the 100% money back guarantee IS NOT TRUE. I ended up getting a very small portion of my money back. Virtually zero. Awful customer service I seldom do reviews. However I want to save others from my horrible experience. Says your money. And purchase any other cleaner. THIS IS A SCAM. And seriously cannot believe they haven’t been shut down .
Scammed yet again
So i waited and waited and waited for this thinking all my Christmases had come at once with the solution to my oven and shower screen.
Firstly, the product is small purple tablets nothing like in the ads. Secondly, the spray bottle is so cheap that it feels like it is about to break.
Finally, the product is terrible. Does not clean anything. I even Doubles the tablets to strengthen it and still nothing. Zip. Nada. Nil
What a scam
What a scam. The product does not stay stationary and ruins the flush cycle. I'm embarrassed to admit I fell for it. I get it:
An entity creates a bogus product to sell. They pump in thousands into false advertising and suckers like me fall for it.
Disappointing.
Using an AI generated ad to show fake cleaning videos is just a whole new low. Complete crap.
I wish I saw these reviews before I…
I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. The story of the girl’s dad inventing it got me! The cleaner is useless! I was charged $69, not the price that was listed on the website.
This company is an absolute disgrace
