Outraged, surely their must know that the product they are selling does not work the way they demonstrate the product to work on their promotional video.
Totally deceptive. I`m disappointed, unfortunately probably not the last. Why hasn`t Dr clean been exposed and closed down as a scam.

Didn't work so I tried to return in and get my money back. They talked me into keeping it and refunding 65% of what I paid. I fell for it but eventually threw the rest of the tablets away. Live and learn!!

It's a complete scam with bogus reviews. Basically a bottle of water & some fizzy tablets that are as useless as aspirins. Plus they make it very difficult & time-consuming to return the thing. Can't believe I was tricked - never again.

I should have read reviews first also. Dr Clean is fraudulent in the statement about what's this product will do. I applied this product to my oven. Nothing happened. This product is just a blue bottle of water. Waste of time and money. Any store that sponsors? This product should cease their sponsorship immediately.

Never received this item! Cannot get a refund! You say it was left on my porch. I do not have a porch! Live in town home. Will never order from you again!

Believe drclean is fraudulent! Placed order Feb 11,25 they immediately charged it..said shipped Feb 13,25..NEVER received..gave me order number and shipping number..called several times kept telling me it shipped..couldn't give update..called UPS no record of anything..called my card and stopped Feb 28,25..called Dr clean again and told them believe they are fraudulent n called my card..they refunded money...DO NOT ORDER..THEY MUST BE FRAUDULENT.

After reading reviews which i should have read first i cancelled my order that i had just made a few minutes before.. I got email saying it was cancelled succesfully and i would receive a credit within 48 hrs.. It never happened. They kept/style my money and i get nothing.. Absolute criminals

This product is a complete waste of money. It does NOT do what is written on the tin. Do not be fooled by the advertising. At least I was able to get a 65% refund. All they get is another poor review.

I saw an ad for the product online and thought it might be effective in cleaning my oven. I applied it to the interior of the door of the oven and it removed very little. After looking at my credit card bill, I saw that for the ten tablets and one plastic spray bottle I was charged $33.49.
It does not work any better than store brand window cleaner that costs about $3.83. It is a total rip off!!!! Don't waste your money!
When I called customer service, I was advised that there is no refund. She made absolutely no effort to express understanding, to apologize for the crappy products or to offer even a partial refund.

I've sprayed my oven glass door 6 times and, yes, it is cleaner than it was but the door is still not clean. I will try one more time, but if it is still not clean I'll revert to other products I used to use.

I saw this product online with their false promises of cleaning ovens. Their product is nothing more than alcohol and propolyne glycol. No real cleanser at all. I ask for my money back and they offered $9.95 and I could keep the product. That’s what I chose. It’s a complete waste of money.

Up[on receiving 2 emails telling me my orders had been accepted I checked my credit card bill and saw that 2 separate payments had been taken by this company.
I emailed them and was told my card had been declined and I had not placed an order. In which case why had they taken 2 payments. I emailed again and asked for the order/s to be cancelled but was told they had already been shipped I rang my bank who told me when the products arrived I was to refuse delivery. This morning one package arrived and luckily I was able to intercept the postman and refused to accept delivery, I informed the postman that another package or packages may arrive and I needed to refuse them too so he is aware. I only hope if and when the packages arrive I am at home. Hopefully my bank will take up the matter with the company and get me a refund

After writing my review I emailed Dr.Clean amd complained. I accepted a 65% refund. Will let you know if I get it but not holding my breath!!

How is this company still in business? Can't someone shut them down? The product was received and was the strangest order I ever got. Generic spray bottle, no company id on anything, no instructions, no receipt. I called customer service and the woman apparently has trouble with English as she said I needed to leave the tablet in the water for five hours before using. FIVE HOURS. She repeated it several times. She seems to be the only person answering the customer service line. Obviously this whole thing is a scam since the bad reviews go back over 2 years, so why hasn't someone been able to shut this business down. Wish I had known about Trustpilot and saved my money. Haven't tried using it yet but from other reviews, I don't expect miracles. Should stick to baking soda and vinegar which I know works.
