Telephone communication was excellent
Telephone communication was excellent. I'm not sure where the source of the problem is, but the package contents arrived warm despite the packaging. The ice packs were not in a frozen state and the box was not cold. Surprising for 2 day delivery.

It seems that you requested your caviar to be send 2 Day! That's the problem, my office should never have agreed to ship caviar, especially right now, 2 days. Caviar should always be shipped overnight. I not allow my office to ever ship to anyone caviar two days. so you save few dollars to end up losing products, costing us and on top getting a bad review. absolutely wrong.
