First time I have found a colour that is fair enough as I’m blonde and most of them at the salon do dark eyebrows which I think look awful so I am very happy with your product and would highly recommend it to blondeS

Absolutely awful. Bought colour in blankets from them. The advertisement was stolen from another website. Items turned out completely different, very poor quality. I have filed a dispute via PayPal. They promised a refund if I send the items back. I've returned the blankets and seen no money back. And they stopped answering emails as well. Lost over £90, DO NOT buy from them.

I would not order. Poor quality. Say can refund but returns go to China with expensive postage which you have to pay. They offer you £2 to keep product. They charged me twice on PayPal so cancelled order immediately but said already shipped which was rubbish. Awful service

Sizing guide is completely wrong. No returns or refunds. Slowest delivery ever!

Ordered using the size guide provided.
The cup size is not a true reflection of size. Tried 1 on and it didnt fit. Refused to return and refund even though their return policy states they accept returns.

Lesson learned - don’t trust this company. My order did not get delivered, and no offer of refund. They claimed it had been returned to their courier, but could not be redeliveted. They would not offer a replacement or a refund. AVOID

Advertise a product then send you a different, low quality one that's nothing like whats advertised. Product was faulty amd not nasty advertised, refused to provide a refund even though it was not what was advertised and didnt work. Reported to action fraud DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid the worst company around this company spoils the online shopping for everyone
I purchased lights it took 3 months to come would not acknowledge emails and when arrived they sent nothing like I ordered they are just theives

I ORDERED 3 bars in august came in October far too small than the size. I ordered contact the company and said I wanted to return them. It’s now November and I had an email today to say on inspection of the photographs they cannot do any refunds. I haven’t sent them any photos. They have off of me £2 compensation and told me to pass them items onto a friend. I have contacted them again and they said they do not do refunds. Do not use this company. I ordered through an advert they placed on Facebook. I am reporting this as well to them. I wish I could not have given them one store.

I placed an order on 19th Sept & as of today 17th November & 14 emails chasing it, I have received nothing. I am now asking for a full refund which they are ignoring

I really wouldnt recommend this company! I waited ages for my order, at one point they denied id placed it!
When items came, they were of bad quality, too small. They wont give money back .. or address to return. They procceded to put £6 in my account .i spent £26.AWFUL

Do not buy from this company. Complete and utter dog 💩 sizing wrong, quality is very poor. Not as advertised at all. Customer service is also in the gutter and will not let me return their poor quality rubbish. So even they don’t want it back! Will not issue refund either.

I wish i had looked here first before ordering, i ordered bras & have heard nothing from them apart from what i ordered that was nearly a month ago. Ive emailed them & told them to send my items or im contacting the fraud facility through my bank. After reading these reviews im better off getting my money back but dosnt look likely either. Stay away people from this company. I think there frauds..

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. The items I bought were of very poor quality and the sizing was all wrong. Contacted the company for a refund who replied with an automated email telling me to check delivery with a neighbour. Sent another email which was ignored. I very much doubt I will get my money back after reading all the reviews. Scam company. AVOID!!!

Absolutely disgusting. The bras don't fit, sizing is way out. They offered 2, then 4 ? .Absolutely terrible. They had no intentions of refunding me anything. I now have read the reviews after my experience and they are all saying the same as my experience. Obviously there's a pattern with this saler.
The only advice l can give is don't buy from them .

Ordered 3 push up, support, anti sagging wire less bras.
Waited ages to receive them. Ordered a size 42DD/E when they came they didn't fit in length even when I adjusted the straps, they didn't have any support either.
I contacted them to be told they were the size I ordered and offered £2 compensation, then £4 compensation. I told them they had miss sold the item and asked for a refund. They replied I can return for a full refund and would have to pay return shipment!

Ordered an airplane hoodie end of August still waiting for it to arrive, tracking stopped on 5th October so emailed inquiring where the hoodie was & got an email saying they have resent my order, still waiting!!!
Emailed today asking for a refund, will report them to trading standards in the next few days

Beware!!! Sizing on Airplane hoodies is ridiculous! I ordered a 5xl hoody and it measured 22" across the chest- 44" in total when 5xl should be at least 60"!!!!
The 2xl we ordered fit my friend nicely but she is a size medium!!!
Quality of material was also very very poor!

Messaged them the day my item arrived to say I don’t like and need to return for refund . They replied saying look in neighbours house if they’re not at yours, so they obviously never read the email. I wrote again stating I had received the item but I didn’t like it, it didn’t fit. They ignored me. I emailed again. They ignored that. I then received a reply saying you’re not eligible for returning as there’s nothing wrong with the item and we don’t support returns for any other reason, why not give it to someone. Would you except £3 compensation. I’ve said no to the money and I’m not happy being out of pocket for something I don’t like and doesn’t fit. I’m now waiting for their reply. I won’t ever use this company again.

If I could give no stars I would.
I wouldn't order from this company. I ordered the aeroplane hoodies. What i received wasn't anywhere near like the advert. Poor quality, material very thin. I asked to return them. They offered $4 for me to keep them. I have asked numerous times for an address to return. They haven't given me one!! Worst company I've ever dealt with.
