Dropped £850.00 at Dreams only to be given garbage that breaks. Stuff is less than a year old! Do not buy the Divan, the drawers will fall off. This is like a poundland version of IKEA. Avoid like the plague! Fobbed off to a company called Emmira where they want to me to pay for a private inspector who look at my bed for a fat fee! Dreams, you should be ashamed of yourselves! BAD QUALITY

Went to our Redditch branch of dreams and the customer service we received was excellent. Richard was very helpful and professional. His knowledge was outstanding. Loved the machine that worked out what type of bed we should buy.

Despicable information being provided to the customer - my order was being sent to my old address despite requesting it shipped to my new address. I was going to have an expensive mattress lying outside of an apartment no longer occupy. At no point of the process is there any warning that your financing contract address must be the same as your delivery address. The delivery address was changed by Dreams staff without warning me. I have now wasted 2 weeks going through the motions with your company only to have to cancel at the end.
The help desk staff were nice but could not offer any suitable solutions due to their security policy. A clear warning should be made.

Excellent experience. Totally helped and guided from the minute we entered the store. Cannot fault any of it and the chosen mattress is superb. Highly recommend

Wouldn't ever use Dreams. Really bad in store service. Very unhelpful staff. Bought a mattress at Benson for Beds in the end who were far more superior.

Never will I go into this store again had the most arrogant and smug salesman I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I ended up paying £59 for cancelling my order less them 24 hours later. salesman told me to read terms and conditions at home then didn't give them to me also added on £39 for delivery and made out it was all in the price, went to cancel the next day only to be told by a smirking salesman that I had to pay 20% of my order to cancel. I think it's time to train your staff in customer service especially the manager. Never again.

I just wanted to say a massive 'Thank you' to Dreams. Excellent customer service from the team and they had the patience of a saint.

Went into buy a mattress and received excellent service from Shaun. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He also didn't try and sell us anything other than what we went into to purchase. He just listened to what we wanted and gave us advise and time on our own to discuss and make a decision. We would definitely recommend Shaun and Dreams and would buy from him again.

We gave the measurements for a mattress and was told by the salesman yes that's the right size. On delivery the mattress was the wrong size to what we had ordered. After a call to so called customer services we was told to go back to the store and talk to the manager. So off we went back t o the store and he claims that we only ordered a single and not a European and all the excuses there was not one apology not one offer to correct the error we was told to like it or lump it or call customer services which we had already done and they told us to contact him. So avoid avoid but if you cant make sure they sign and agree to correct sizes that you want

We were looking for a new mattress, but were baffled by the huge range of types and prices. The staff member helped us work out a plan to narrow down the choices, and thanks to her we found the ideal mattress. Would highly recommend a visit, and make sure that you ask for help in searching out the right product.

Friendly and professional service would recommend them to others. Bed was put together in no time!
