I changed my mind after the payment went through. They said they could not reimburse me.
We bought a baby crib in DreamBaby. Seller on the store guaranteed us that the crib had an excellent Quality. I tried to assemble the crib and to our surprise, the holes drilled in the crib to put bolts and screws were too small. This made the crib impossible to assemble.
We wrote them first and they assumed we assembled the crib incorrectly. We we to the store and complained to the store Manager. She promised to discuss with DreamBaby central to find a solution. Then, DreamBaby requested us to write a report, so they can used it to make a claim to the supplier. This of course without any refund yet or any solution yet. It has happened weeks ago and no solution. Our next step would be to report the incident to the European and Belgian consumer associations.
Our advice: Avoid going to DreamBaby for purchasing important items for your child.
We’ve shopped here several times and we’re always satisfied, but this recent experience was disappointing. We received a gift voucher for our baby's birth, but as overwhelmed new parents, we lost track of time. I tried to use it online before it expired, only to discover that gift vouchers aren’t accepted online. Without a car, getting to the store was difficult, and when I finally managed, the voucher had just expired. For such a big brand, it’s unacceptable not to allow online payment with gift vouchers or to show any flexibility on the expiration date. I’ll definitely never buy anything from dreambaby again and strongly discourage anyone I know to offer gift voucher from this store!
I ordered 3 nursing bras almost a month ago, and ofc had to order at another store. Their delivery predictions are not accurate, after a formal complaint, they promissed to send me the bras one week later and then only sent one of them.
I asked for a refund, im still waiting for an answer.
Made an order on the 16th January. Paid £8.80 for shipping but my order still hasnt arrived. When I pay that much for shipping a small item I expect it to arrive sooner than this. Tracking hasnt moved and has been saying the same thing for a week. Wont be ordering from here again.
Bad service. The product shows available and will be delivered on time-in their website. But ended up having to wait 1 month for the delivery(which I paid by the way).
