This is the most supportive mattress we have had...I took a good look at the different hybrid mattress you can buy...I picked this one...I have found I get a better night's sleep now...delivery was a bit of a problem delivery van pulled in to my driveway and no mattress on van..It was delivered 5 days later..You also can pay over a couple of years interested free..I would definitely buy again look at a single for the spare room

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. From the first night, the comfort was incredible — supportive, cosy, and exactly what I needed for a great night’s sleep. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in how well I’m sleeping, and I wake up feeling much more rested.
The quality feels excellent, and it genuinely delivers on everything it promises. I’d highly recommend this mattress to anyone.

Probably the worst mattress I've slept on. Rock hard, no give at all. I broke my leg and a replacement put in, I can't sleep on that side at all because of the pain I experience because the mattress. I lay on my couch on my bad side and no pain.

The worst experience I've ever had with a mattress. I chose medium but I find it too soft and makes it hard for me to turn over. It feels like a hole where I lie, I can't sleep comfortably.

Whole experience was great from Start to finish , spoke to customer service and explained what I wanted and they advised me on what would be the best mattress to suit my needs , I’m very happy with it and all the pain and back aches have gone from my previous mattress

Honestly the most comfortable Mattress I’ve slept on.
Previously had another well known brand of hybrid mattress and had nothing but problems with it.
The Dreamcloud Mattress is beyond compare.
Amazing quality.
Only one complaint from my husband and that is that he says it’s too comfortable and he doesn’t want to get out of bed in the mornings

Great mattress!

We looked at so many different brands & decided on dream cloud after a friend recommended them. So glad we did, the service was great, from delivery to them arranging the collection of the old mattress.

The product itself is brilliant! soft but supportive & we’ve had it for over a month now, both myself & my partner have slept so much better. The value is good too when you compare them to other similar quality mattress from other brands.

This was the first time I have ever ordered a mattress on line and the reason I did was due to the number of very positive reviews on line. I also had confidence in the company that I could return the mattress free of charge if it wasn’t suitable. Added to that were the numerous people who reviewed mattress who had the same back problems as me and said how the new mattress helped their symptoms. I have recommended this company to my friends as my whole experience (good delivery dates, great communication, fair pricing, pleasant and helpful staff) has been seamless.

The site is very easy to navigate, delivery was very quick and perfectly on time

I’d like to cancel my recycling of my old mattress. The whole experience in booking that was a complete nightmare. I needed it collected today but it was unavailable. The woman I was talking to could hardly speak English. Also the line was awful. I’ve arranged for it to be collected privately today.
I’d like to be refunded for recycling charges I’ve paid for.
Fingers crossed when the new mattress arrives it’s as good as the reviews state 🙏

Best mattress I have ever brought!
I have a flat base bed! The mattress felt quite firm on first try of laying on it! But after a few minutes it seems to soften. But not in a memory foam way! Neither me or my husband wake up with aches anymore!
I’m a side sleeper and he is a back sleeper if that helps.

A very easy ordering process and all parts of the delivery and collection (old mattress) were met as per the schedule.

Not the greatest sleeper at the best of times, but I instantly noticed a deeper more solid sleep allowing me to feel more refreshed when I woke. Still early days so hoping it aids me sleep longer going forward

This was comfortable from the first night .No back ache that I had with the previous and much more expensive hybrid mattress

Delivery service good

Advertised with a quality quilted mattress protector as a free gift. I still haven't received this, and they sent a nasty plastic incontinence sheet instead! Absolutely not as advertised. Free gift is a complete lie. The mattress is good though.
