I found the experience quite easy. I did have some difficulty with spending my points, but costumer service was able to help me.

I love that the overseas kits are already bagged and are the perfect size and price to match. I finished the cowboy cat and absolutely adore it. Watching it come to life was so much fun. DD offers an excellent variety of kits to choose from.

Although it does take a while to receive which they are very transparent with, the quality is excellent, the packaging and presentation is awesome As well! Definitely 10/10!

I only buy dreamer ,,very good canvas and diamonds, only once I ran out of a color and you filled the order immediately! The designs come out beautifully.

There was a lot of options to help narrow searching for a kit, and they were easy to use .

The product is beautiful but I took a point off because it takes so long to receive the products

The designs are pretty, and high quality, but I had a set where the drills were really badly stuck together and couldn't get them loose. I'm also not impressed with the glue. The drills slide easily. Also not very happy with the square drills. I rather have the round ones. Some of the drills do have a beautiful shimmer on them. Not satisfied with their customer service. I've emailed them about the issues and never received a response back from them.

I had accidentally purchased 2 of the same item. When I finally realized it almost 2 months later, Dreamer Designs went above and beyond!I simply had to send the duplicate back and had my choice of any kit to replace it! Their customer support is by far the Best of The Best!! Thank you Dreamer Designs for making the exchange a pleasant experience!

I had made an order on Nov 27, 2025 and somehow it was lost in transit. I reached out to DD and they offered to reorder and ship it at no cost. I received the paintings yesterday (2/4) in perfect condition. This is stellar service and I will keep ordering from Dreamer Designs!

I like the diamond paintings. When I pay for it, it doesn't give you a chance to put a code in for a discount. But other then that I like it.

First of all I love the designs, second the rendering is fantastic and they have gotten better with gapping of the drills. Check out is easy and they give you many payments options.

Have always loved any painting from Dreamers Design. No issues with any orders. And if need any assistance they are always available. Customer service is always prompt and helpful. I fully recommend DD to anyone.

They are usually excellent about order fulfillment, but Black Friday was atrocious. My order was first confirmed, then I got an email saying one item was out of stock, a couple days later I got another email saying another of my items were out of stock, and then yet again another email saying one of the items was back in stock. It took almost 2 weeks of back and forth to finally get an order complete. I guess I've been spoiled by their usual efficient and quick service. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing, an unexpected flood of orders and perhaps a computer glitch on their end.
