They took my money 23.19 out of my bank account I sent a complaint and they said they are sending them to me but it has been 6 months, can’t even track my package cause it says it doesn’t exist. They pretty much went ghost...

They stole my money!!! I ordered a couple tattoos for 9.99 and I checked my bank account and they charged me and extra $23. When I emailed them they said my transaction has already been processed so there is no refund. I also ordered the tattoos in December and it’s now March and I still haven’t received them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CRAPPY WEBSITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 tattoos for 1.99 each, when they asked if I wanted another pack for $19.99 I selected no, and continued to pay. When I looked at my receipt they charged me for the $19 pack ANYWAY!
I emailed them, and they gave me the whole "well it's going to be hard to refund your money since it got shipped out". So I brought up how I boughtthe the product on December 5th and it was close to February and what do you know they "cancelled my order and refunded my money" on Feb 8th. But the gag is!! I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY AND ITS MARCH!

They stole my money. Period. I know I didn’t ask for my tattoos that I was willing to pay for. I will never get my money back because emailing doesn’t help. It’s like talking to a wall. I didn’t pay $30 for a tattoo that I could buy for $0.25 at a more reliable place. Complete crap. Horrible customer service and company. Absolutely appalled

My order was NEVER shipped and i keep messaging them but getting no response and i lost $50

Awful, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I was charged TWICE for items I did not put in my cart, about $50 total. They told me that I selected the items at check-out but I didn't think I did, and thought I might have on accident. I asked for a refund, they said they could not refund me because my order had "already processed". They offered me 5 free tattoos and then proceeded to NEVER ship my order. Absolute scam. No wonder they disabled the ability for people to comment on instagram. I tried contacting them again and now they just won't answer. Buy from inkbox or stray tats, they're trustworthy.

EDIT: They FINALLY shipped my order after I got really mad and threatened to file a dispute if they did not refund me. Received my tattoos. Quality is that of any other ordinary temporary tattoo. Looks fake. You're paying a lot of money for tattoos that are worth 25 cents a piece. The larger back tattoo I bought is VERY blurry and poor quality. Overall, took over a month and a half to even ship order. Save yourself the headache and buy from elsewhere.

Never shipped my order, had to actually contact them and ask, and they said it'd be three weeks--over a month to get the order. We'll see if they even showed up. Also charged me twice for one order!
