NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER REQUESTS

SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SISTER WHO IS OLD AND A RETIRED LADY ORDERED 2 X PAIRS OF SANDALS SHE WAS CHARGED FOR 3 PAIRS EVEN THOUGH SHE SENT SEVERALS EMAILS CONFIRMING THAT SHE WAS ONLY PURCHASING 2 X PAIRS NOT "3". THEY IGNORED HER REQUESTS. 3 X PAIRS ARRIVED, BUT UNFORTUNATELY THEY DO NOT FIT HER FEET PROPERLY, AND ALSO DO NOT LOOK THE SAME AS THE SANDALS ADVERTISED ON THE DREAM FOOTWARE WEBSITE. MY OLD SISTER HAS BEEN IGNORED. SHE HAS SENT PHOTOS BUT NOBODY HAS HAD THE COURTESY TO CONTACT HER. NOW SHE IS OUT OF POCKET AND WITH 3 X PAIRS OF SANDALS SHE CAN'T USE. All I want to do is exchange my sandals…

All I want to do is exchange my sandals for a larger pair and despite email after email they wont address the issue - telling me I need to send a video of the issue - THEY ARE TOO SMALL!!!!! Someone please reach out to me and lets get this issue resolved - BTY I paid $99.95 for them from a Facebook ad , scrolled down after I purchased them and saw the exact same one for $49.95...... not happy

Ordered a pair of sandals from Dream Footwear when they arrived incorrect colour and too small . Have tried numerous occasions to get details how I can return them just get no reply . Wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone .

Shipping to Canada

I purchase through Just Fab, and there are Dream Pairs boots on their site... no shipping to Canada... even though Just Fab does ship to Canada, Dream Pairs won't.. too bad I'd by a lot for Dream Pairs.. utter crap that they can't figure this out.

I purchased four pairs of ballet flat…

I purchased four pairs of ballet flat Dream Pairs. They are the only shoes I have ever been able to simply buy and wear.
The beige shoes have gotten dirty and my question is there a way to clean them?

most comfortable

I ordered two pairs of sandals.One white one black because it looked exactly like my favorite vionic's that cost over a $100.00. It was Prime day and they were $16.99 a pair I couldn't believe it so ordered them immediately.I received the black pair first and to my disappointment the white pair wasn't with the black pair.I tried them on and lo and behold they felt just like my favorite vionics.What a great company honest and made a clone of the expensive pair.I don't have a problem about waiting for the second pair I would wait days for this perfect sandal.You will be amazed how comfortable they are and wonderful pricing.5 stars in my book great job!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to write this one. If you are looking for shoes that are sexy, gorgeous and make your feet look sexy this is the place. I have ordered different styles of shoes and every time they are the most comfortable and gorgeous shoes I have ever purchased. They are true to size. I wear a 7.5 and they fit perfect. I have gotten so many compliments on them and people tell me how beautiful they look on my feet. I wore a pair of black heel sandals for an upscale wedding and I lasted all night long wearing them. They have amazing prices for the quality of shoe you are getting and it is packaged so professional. My friends have these expensive upscale shoes that were over 1,000 a pair and they have to take them off because their feet hurt so bad. I wear these gorgeous, comfortable, sexy shoes that are reasonably priced all night long with no problems. Treat yourself to amazing shoes. You will be so happy you made the purchase. I will forever be thankful for the comfort and price of these gorgeous shoes. Outstanding, gorgeous and comfortable all in a pair of shoes. 😀😀

Love the DreamPairs boots I bought via…

Love the DreamPairs boots I bought via Amazon. Look and feel great. Great they do half sizes so fit perfectly. Excellent quality, they look and feel far more expensive. Quality packaging too. Arrived exactly when they advised they would.

Size not as described

Ordered silver shoes for a cruise, arrived on time but the UK size 5 was more like a size 7. They are still in the box as arrived and I want to return them but cant find any returns policy and the reviews on here don't fill me with confidence. I would not recommend this company or use again.

Christmas Was Ruined By Dream Pairs!

Ordered two pairs online for my wife for Christmas. Boots arrived the first week of December. She tried them on and neither pair fit right. Way off on US sizes. Wrote to them to return for refund. No phone number tyo call them at. They responded telling me I had to pay return shipping costs. Went today to mail them. Two boxes. Would cost $39 each box to ship UPS or USPS. Boots were $40 cost. Ordered 2 pairs to benefit from their "FREE SHIPPING" if order over $59. Now Im STUCK with two crappy pairs of boots and DREAM PAIRS is laughing all the way to the bank!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHISTER COMPANY!!!!!

Have to Pay for Shipping Both Ways, Return Address No Good

12/16/23 Update: When I tracked the boots I returned to the mailing address Dreampairs sent me, so I could email them with the tracking info in order to get my refund, the tracking update said
"Your item was returned to the sender at 3:23 pm on December 15, 2023 in NORTH BERGEN, NJ 07047 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid." I emailed them with screen shots of the above and told them if they did not issue me a refund, I would file a complaint with the BBB. I did get my refund and the boots have not come back to me so who knows where they ended up. Shady company all around in my opinion.

Ordered boots for my daughter, had to pay shipping. Boots came very fast, unfortunately, they run very big so I had to send them back. Called to initiate the return, was told I have to pay return shipping as well. Had already ordered the same boots in a size smaller and had to pay shipping for that. In my opinion, this is a poor policy re: shipping for returns, I will not do business with this company again as there are plenty of other companies that will not charge shipping both ways.

Only given 1 star because I can't give…

EDIT - having now said that I am going to persue this further legally, and after posting this review - I have been told that I will recieve a refund. I will edit this review once the money arrives in my bank account.

Only given 1 star because I can't give 0. Tried to return products (far too small) and kept being offered money off etc - I just wanted a refund.
Eventually was sent an address to send them back to - copied exactly from email and paid for tracked postage service - they have not received them. The Post Office cannot locate the said address! Contacted customer services who said to contact the post office - they can't deliver to an address they can't locate. DO NOT order through the website, I know I never will. Still ongoing dispute after over almost 2 months!

Still waiting for my refund a week…

Still waiting for my refund a week after the goods were received.
Typical Chinese company, the UK sizes are random, UK 5.5 is actually a 4.5, waste of money because you have to pay yourself to return the items then wait for ever to get the refund. I paid with Paypal and now they hold me at ransom saying they can't refund me until I close the case.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed two orders with Dream Pairs received the first package and realized they run big. I called to stop the second package and was told the package had already been shipped and to just refuse the package when it arrive. I personally took the box to a Fedex location and that when the drama started for me. To this date one month later Dream Pairs hasn't help me at all with filing a claim for the package that I no longer have. Was told by Dream Pairs for me to contact Fedex, I contact Fedex and told to contact Dream Pair to only in the end contact Dream Pairs not once but seven time and the so call Supervisor states she will do a claim which I asked them to do in the beginning. She told me it would take another 21day for a response and I should call back.🤔 VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I absolutely love Dream Pairs shoes!

I absolutely love Dream Pairs shoes! I probably have 50+ pairs of their shoes. First, it doesn’t matter what style of shoes they are , their shoes are the most comfortable shoes on the market!
Secondly, Dream Pairs shoes set the trend in what is popular and in demand. I get compliments from complete strangers on my shoes! I love all of my Dream Pairs- I have their tennis shoes, ankle boots, pumps, knee high boots, and sandals.
