Great in-store experience - in-store John was very knowledgeable and the delivery team were excellent, taking away our old bed and building our new one for us (worth paying the extra for)

Very disappointed in the mattress. After only two weeks of use already has big dips and not very comfortable.

Service and staff are brilliant. Kathy made the experience of buying the bed seamless.
Delivery experience was excellent. Jack and team mate arrived on time, assembled the bed in the room, wore overshoes to protect the carpet - no mess afterwards.

Very helpfull and well informed staff made the experience of getting a new mattress easy from picking the right one to delivery hassle free from start to finnish.

Excellent all round - out mattress requirements were explored and there were plenty of options. The staff were not pushy at all and we got our order delivered as promised. Great company!

Shopping with dreams for a new mattress was easy the measured as on the bed 1st to see what sort of mattress were needed took us and showed us to quite a few medical decision. Got us a mattress delivered sharply chaps were lovely. Everything went fine. Really pleased with the service lady that served as excellent.

Dreams showed a genuine interest in our needs for a comfortable mattress. They spent time with us while we tried out a number of beds for comfort. They kept in touch with us right up to the point of delivery.

From the Store to our Home the service was excellent. We received help in store, the assistant was attentive and very informative. The delivery arrived on time, the gentleman took the sofa bed to the room and assembled it. Before they left they made sure that I knew how to set the bed up and fold it away. They were extremely well mannered and put shoe coverings over their outdoor shoes. They have my vote.

We were informed by the delivery drivers what time they would be here and they were on time. We moved our cars so they could unload our bed easier. They removed our old bed and mattress with minimal disturbance and erected our new bed they explained how things worked the ottoman side and gave good advice on the mattress. Steve and Corey were very friendly and professional.

I’m in the market for a double bed and I’ll be going back .

We had two young men Erikas and Majid, they were so professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. We were shown all details with regard our new bed and were informed about the 30 days we had if we changed our mind. Erikas and Majid even wore shoe protectors into our home to protect our carpets.. we were also looking at a pocket sprung mattress which usually has 1000 individual pockets, we were shown an alternative which had 4000 individual pockets, we now sleep like a dream... A huge thankyou to the Dreams team. ..
