Sleigh TV bed with surround sound
The Ashford branch were very knowledgeable about the product. I opted for the team to build it, and they were efficient. They didn’t test the sound system though, which took a while to get connected. The product is sturdy but there’s a random large ‘hole’ on one side of the bed, which I’m told is usual, could have done with a cover on it, even if it was Velcro fitted, especially for the price!

Dreams have been wonderful from choosing the bed on 27th December to those very kind gentlemen who delivered the bed in 6th February.

My wife and I were treated very well at the shop Gary was really lovely, everything arrived on the time specified the chaps that came to deliver and install were very good and the bed itself is as advertised it is spot on we are so pleased with the product and the service from Dreams I would only recommend them agin.

Our experience from showroom to the new bed being put together was great. We were not rushed in the showroom, we were given advice when we needed it, we knew what what wanted, we knew we needed the bed put together and our old bed & mattress recycled. We were kept fully informed about the delivery date. On delivery day the guys were great, they put the bed together, were friendly, wore shoe coverings, showed us how it all worked.

Great customer service, Imogen was knowledgeable and understood my needs.
The nitpick: there was a good selection of mattresses, but it's always a challenge selecting a mattress, and the store layout didn't lend itself to coming to a final decision easily.
