I’ve always used high thread count linen as I hate that prickly feel on my face. I received my silk pillowcase last week and ... WOW! It is the very very best pillowcase ever. It feels so so soft and I’m sure I’ve slept better because of it. I just need to ensure I read the wash instructions carefully again as I don’t want to lose a gram of the loveliness! I think I may need to buy more so my husband can have one too!

I love these pjs. Great quality and very stylish. Didn’t get the size I originally wanted as out of stock but I ordered a smaller size and they fitted really well.

After a slow start to my order I received my order just before Christmas. A few e mails sorted out my order with options to have a refund if I wasn't happy.

I ordered some silk pyjamas as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. I was really impressed with the quality and the design. They exceeded expectation and she loves them!

However, I was not overly impressed with the customer service communication. I ordered the pyjamas on December 7th and they did not arrive until December 24th with no updates on the order. It was only after I tried ringing, emailing and messaging via Etsy that I got a response. A simple email update would have stopped me worrying unnecessarily.

Happy with the product. Just took ages to come though I suspect that was more to do with Covid and Christmas mail

Bought for my teenage daughter so I can’t give a review on the item however they look fantastic and the service was really great 😊

I never write reviews but unfortunately I feel The need to in this case.

This is not particularly a review on the product it’s self (As I haven’t actually used it yet) but more on the service of the company.

I Recently bought 4 of the dreamsilk pillow cases, all of which are Christmas gifts. Considering these are classed as “luxury” Items the packaging unfortunately does not meet these expectations.
When I made this purchase, which was just under £100 I fully expected each pillowcase to come in it’s own dreamsilk Box, as shown on their website and Instagram. However when the items arrived they were presented in only a cellophane bag and looked no more luxurious than the run of the mill pillowcase that you could pick up anywhere.

I was however happy to keep the items if the seller was able to send me suitable packaging. I contacted the seller through their Instagram 1 week ago and my message still hasn’t been read. After not receiving a reply I tried to contact them via their email address 3 days ago and still have had no reply and I cannot find any details on their website on how to do a return.

Amazing Product...my wife loves them, great sleeps, soft , cool and comfy

Pleased to say that the reaction to my original comment re packaging has been resolved by Dreamsilk. I received a sleepmask presented in a gift box with an explanatory product card. Sent 1st class in good packaging as promised. 🙂

I was very disappointed with the look of the product - it arrived quite creased - the packaging was flimsy to say the least. Just the silk pillowcase in a thin black envelope. I would gladly have paid extra for decent packaging. This was a present for my friend - I thought there might have been a little card included to say what the product features were and washing instructions. I have had to print off details - they don't look good!

I bought a silk pillow case for me and as a gift for my friend and they are fabulous!

I bought the pillowcase and that combined witha fresh pillow we boyght a few weeks ago it was like slepping in the clouds!

Pillowcase was lovely quality, arrived quickly and love the feel if the fabric, very happy with my purchase!

My sleep mask arrived quickly and was good quality.

I bought a silk pillowcase to get rid of the static in my hair in the mornings and it has literally been transformative! Also very comfortable 🥰

It is always wonderful to treat yourself to something that takes your fancy and enjoy the anticipation as you wait for it to arrive. I have always believed that a little bit of self love is good for you.
When my beautiful silk mask arrived I was not disappointed! It arrived quickly, the packaging was awesome and the silk felt fabulous! I couldn’t wait for bedtime. It felt as light as a feather and was extremely comfortable to wear. I fell asleep much quicker than normal and did not wake up during the night as I usually do. In the morning, I felt alert and calm. Thank you Dreamsilk! It is just amazing how much better everything seems after a good night’s sleep!
