Bought tickets for Ohio Akron.

Concert was moved from November 2021 to Feb 2022, then within a few days of the concert the location was moved. VIP upgrades were cancelled in January with promises of full refunds...still waiting for that.

Complete lack of communication from the band throughout the process with people literally panicking on their FB page because they were so slow to provide updates. After all that the new seat allocations were not even close to what was originally booked and the only comments the band made to the audience throughout the concert was how remembering the time is the only thing the singer had to worry about and how a gentleman in the audience had a nice hat. Really dude!!?

The performance lacked passion. They've become completely out of touch with their fans it seems. I love their music but I won't be buying tickets to any more concerts nor purchasing it online. I will stick to the music i already have and remember happier times when the band gave a crap about the people who support them. SAD.

I love Dream Theater and it's my favorite band! aside from that I've purchased some of their merchandise and all of them are really high quality and awesome!
