I am a UK customer and required a replacement impeller for a Barista Maker [great product by the way]. Unfortunately it is impossible to locate a UK sourced replacement impeller. Mia was able to assist and has arranged for a replacement to be shipped from the USA for me.
So credit where credit is due.....well done Mia and well done Dreo.

I reached out to DREO because I misplaced the remote. They stated that the remotes are backordered and when to start looking at the link to order. That is exactly what I did, it was available when they stayed it in fact a little sooner than it was, and I ordered it immediately. The remote came very timely so I'm very satisfied.

Dealing direct with Dreo saved me about 120.00 and they had free shipping!

Ordering via the Dreo shop in amazon, they state next day delivery so I purposefully chose this as was not going to be at home after this. Next day no delivery and 20:00 receive email stating not yet shipped there is a delay. I go to the item and complete the cancellation but Amazon refuses even though goods not shipped. So the item is therefore going to be delivered to an empty house and no doubt sit there for some time or be stolen! Useless. No reason why this cannot be cancelled. This is a trick to get your order - clearly a ploy by DREO. Absolutely hate that companies can do this.

I got this for my ice coffee and love making lattes. I got this because it can apparently do make foam with different variations of milk and does as it says. I love it so much for cold brews and some good comforting cappuccinos

I am satisfied with the product and customer service. The tower fan delivers on all the advertised features. Love it, would recommend it if you’re shopping for a fan.

Great product so far. It is super quiet (which I appreciate as that was a huge deciding factor for me and many products say they are quiet when they aren’t). The air flow is awesome - we have it across the room so it’s 6ft away at the closest spot and we can still feel it even on the lower settings. Love having a remote too - super convenient.

Cools down the hole living room in about 15 mins like I mean cool refreshing not the still fresh ones it stops the it goes with nope the coolness stays for a good while after the air is off

The chefmaker is verry easy to use and the food comes out perfect. I love that you gave the many options from chef mode, to classic (with all it's options) and probe.

The probe is what I find the most usfull since I always use a probe to check the dones of my food and having it built into nto the chefmaker is great.

I also like that the noise level is very low.

The only thing that could be improved is the calculating time before I can see how much time it will take for the food to be done.

No regrets in buying this awesome product. Speed and oscillation are adjustable. Controls can be made through the remote and the app coz it is WIFI enabled. Small but does the job so well. Perfect for the summer!

I purchased "Dreo Smart Electric Space Heater, 1500W Portable Ceramic Heaters for Home, Low energy" in January, and within a couple of months, I noticed a sharp increase in my electricity bill—nearly double the usual amount. In both March and April, I did not use the heating function at all; the device was simply plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi, yet it still consumed an excessive amount of electricity. Once I unplugged it, my electricity usage immediately returned to normal levels. This is completely unacceptable. I bought this product expecting to save on my gas bill, but instead, my electricity bill skyrocketed from £80 a month to over £170. Absolutely shocking and misleading.

Best Tower Fan Yet the nomad one and the smart tower fan are very well built and pushes tons of air !

It's my 2nd purchase of the Dreo Chef Maker. The grill rack with my second order is still the old flimsy one: This old version grill rack has silicone legs which all failed after a few months. I was happy to see that there's a new stainless steel grill rack and probe, but my 2nd purchase had the old stuff.

2. UK Dreo store does not have the new stainless steel grill rack and new probe. I had to order from the US store. 🙄

I got a dreo fan and it’s best fan I’ve ever had. I have it in a room with no a/c because I have to get the unit replaced and it works pretty good keeping that room cool. It’s pretty quiet and it’s light weight and easy to carry around. It was also easy to install

Dreo Solaris 317.This product is very poor quality, looks flash from a distance but mine was broken and did not oscillate. I have since bought a similar product from Vornado, with much better results. Upon trying to return to Amazon, turns out shipping is more than the product value and hence they only refunded a percentage of what I paid. What's the point of having a return scheme. I paid shipping plus full value of product. Will not recommend buying product or buying from Amazon, walk into a store test a product and buy.

I ordered this heater based on a review that I saw on YouTube. It was shipped quickly and well packaged. My old space heater had a manual dial to adjust the thermostat and it wasn't very consistent maintaining temperature. The DREO controls were a bit confusing at first, and you definitely need to read the instructions. After a few minutes of using it though, it makes sense. I pretty much only use the Eco mode. Set the temperature you want, and it'll maintain it. On Eco mode, it starts out at 1500 watts to get the room to the set temperature, then switches to 1000 watts to maintain that temperature. It is extremely quiet and heats up the room much quicker than my old one did, and doesn't run nearly as long as my old one. It's well made and doesn't feel cheap. I'm very happy with it and interested in seeing how much less electricity it uses. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but highly recommend it based on my experience so far!

Please note that I haven't had the opportunity to actually use the air conditioner yet as the weather simply doesn't merit it. However, my shopping experience was very good. I saved money by purchasing directly thru the Dreo website, the shipping was fast, and my unit arrived packaged well and undamaged.

I will update the review if any need to do so comes up but for now I'm very happy with my purchase. The air conditioner itself seems to be high quality with all the necessary window attachments and optional sealing components. Having used a portable air conditioner before, I've never felt it necessary to use the sealing adhesives but it's nice they included those anyways.

The instruction manual does a good job of explaining all of the air conditioner's features and setup procedure. There's also a number to call if any help is needed but hopefully when the time comes to use this thing I won't need any assistance.
