The customer service representative that responded to my email works extremely professional and took my concerns seriously which is delightful in this world where the customer is no longer considered important.

This heater is whisper quiet and does a great job heating a room. I like that it is on wheels and I can move it where I need it.

I recently purchased the Dreo Baristamaker Milk Frother. I almost didn’t as I felt it was a splurge item and didn’t need to spend the money. I am so glad so glad I did! This piece of machinery is my favorite appliance! It has changed my morning coffee ritual in the best of ways! It is so silent and heats up unbelievably fast. I am now a Dreo fan! I also got a standalone A/C from Dreo for my son and it works beautifully as well!

From start to finish this was a great experience. One, who doesn’t like discounts and special offers; so pricing was great! Two, shipped quickly and arrived with undamaged packaging. Three has great features.

One negative, there is a dent that runs along one side. Right side if your looking at the display. Doesn’t seem to affect the performance. I am not one to mess around with returns and replacements.

Works great and very quiet!

Shipping/delivery was fine. The product itself does the job of humidifying the air well, but I have a problem with the design. To fill it the way the instructions recommend, through the humidifying unit is very challenging to do to fill it to its max level. Either the power needs to be off, which also turns off the light that illuminates the fill tank so you can have a chance at seeing the fill level, or you are pouring in water while the unit is running, which if it is putting out vapor makes it very challenging to pour in the correct location, and be able to check the level of the water. The solution, for me, is that I have to shut it off, take off the humidifying unit and fill the tank that way. If you overfill, the unit will leak water where the unit and fill tank meet, which leads to a watery mess, and you are NOT going to want to try to lift the unit to spill out the excess. I had to use towels to absorb enough water out of the fill tank to stop the leaking.
