Feel ripped off
Ordered a heated brush, got charged for items I didn't want. Eventually got a refund but then they charged a substantial handling tax for the item I actually ordered
I tried to argue this via email but got the 'cold shoulder ' ( ignored) .Would not use this company again as feel totally ripped off

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will scam you into ordering additional products and then refuse to accept returns.
The product is cheap and nasty and their 90day guarantee and risk free trial mean nothing. They told me they don’t take products that “have been delivered “ back.
Typical scam where they charge you a lot of money and then expect you to accept a % off.

Total scam company. Stupidly saw a pop up advert for a mascara, pressed to order 1 and it charged me for 7. Cannot get refund, they will nit respond to me, they are a total scam and a disgusting rip off company. Avoid.
