I ordered a prom dress from vponsale but it arrived later than expected because my dress was sent to a wrong country. When I finally got it, the dress was too big for me despite the measurements I had stated. Therefore, I ended up paying a tailor to re-stitch my dress so I could make my prom in time (which was as expensive as the dress).

I received my dress for my graduation and I absolutely love it! I was afraid that the dress wouldn't fit me, but the customs sizing made the dress fit my body. My dress looked exactly like the image in the website, and I love the color. The shipping went smooth, vponsale sent me a tracking website for my package, and it only took 20 days to get to Canada. Also, it was great that the company replied to all my e-mails. Since I have my dress, I am so excited for my event!

I ordered my dress online at vponsale and i could not be happier with the result. My dress is absolutely gorgeous and I got it in time to have alterations if necessary. I'm excited for my prom on may 4th. I am looking forward to many compliments on the dress.

Yes I received the dress in time and it was lovely. I asked for it to be customised to my measurements and it fit perfectly. I haven't got any pictures to forward, but thank you and if I ever need a formal dress again I would defiantly come back. Recommended your website to all my friends.

Just received my dress yesterday.It is fabulous in style, material, color and looks great.I just need to adjust the length before i step out.

I got the dress about two weeks ago and absolutely love it. Mainly because of the colour but its so simple that's why I like it. My girl friend got the dress about two weeks ago and absolutely love it. Mainly because of the color but its so simple that's why she likes it. Absolutely amazing delivery service!! The dress has arrived yesterday!! Thank you very much indeed. My daughter lives in a remote part of Scotland and is going to have a professional dress fitter fit it for her!! I am sure she will look absolutely stunning at the ball she is attending.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT buy from this company. The amount of issues, e-mails, time and stress this company has caused me is not worth the dresses I ordered!

They have stolen, yes stolen £160 from me and I cannot get it back, because surprise, surprise, they just ignore you.

I have evidence (e-mails) that they promised to refund me if I send the dresses back. I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses in June from them. This arrived 3 weeks later in the wrong colour, a mistake they made. I had to e-mail them almost daily for 3 weeks to try and sort it out becuase they would not admit it was their mistake. They did not help me untill I left a really bad review on facebook. They then promised by e-mail that they would refund me and that I need to remove the bad feedback on FB. I can't believe I fell for this! I spent another £30 posting the dresses back. that was a month ago. I have been asking and begging for my money back and get no answer from them.

I have had to log this issue with by bank and Pay pal and open a dispute in the hope that they can charge back this payment. All this going on 3 weeks before my wedding and I am £190 out of pocket! I now have to take more time to write letters and give evidence of this dispute to Pay pal and my bank to get this money back. I can do without this 3 weeks before my big day! And what really upsets me is they promised, in writing that they would refund me if I send the dresses back and I believed them. 2 months, this is how long this has been going on for.

Trust me, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will regret it. I will be leaving bad reviews on every site I can find to warn others to not use them them. I have lost £190. I can't afford that at this time and they don't seem to care one bit!

I have just received my dresses so many thanks for doing that so quickly. Three of the dresses had labels but three didn't so its only three people we need to figure out, I am sure it will be fun making them try on the different sizes. :0)

However I do love the dresses and they are beautifully made.

I am happy to send you some pictures of the girls in their dresses on the day. This will be after April.

Just to let you know that I absolutly adore my bridesmaids dresses. They all fit perfectly and the colour is loverly. I was especially impressed with the delivery, they came in no time at all. My wedding isn't until later in the year but I will make sure to forward you some photos of the girls in these dresses.

Weeks ago, I need a prom. So I was looking for it online, and then I found this site, so excited. At very beginning I ordered a custom dress and sent an email told them I need it ungrenty, and their customer service reply me very fast, they suggested that I can choose a stock dress, then I change the dress into a stock one.
A week later, I received the dress, amazing customer service, so great site!

Despite sending VP ONSALE my exact measurements, the dress was too big when it arrived and didn't look like the advrtised picture. I contacted VPOnsale because i was not happy. They advised they would correct the problem if it was their error, however, I was expected to pay for the postage to rturn the dress and then I would have to wait for it to be altered and sent back to me, which meant I wouldn't have it in time for the event I wanted it for. I asked if I could return the dress for a refund and they said they would only refund 50% of the purchase price and I would still have to pay to have the dress returned. Now stuck with a dress I paid over £100.00 for that I can't wear unless I pay to get it altered myself!!!!!!!

They did reply to all my emails but made it as difficult as possible for me to return the dress.

Unless your prepared to pay extra costs, I would not recommend chancing ordering from this comany.

My dress arrived a few days before estimated delivery time, which was great! Right through the dress being made correspondence was so good. I was a little nervous at first but they reassured me my dress would be perfect, and it was ! Loads of people at my formal were commenting on my dress and saying it was beautiful and the colour was so so nice (simmon in the chiffon material) ! The customer service of this company is brilliant. I will definitely be back in the future to buy more dresses and will be recommending to my family and friends! I. I ordered my dress from VPonsale on the 28th September, and it actually arrived today. I was a little nervous when I ordered my dress after I read some bad reviews. Thankfully my dress is 100% PERFECT! It fits like a glove, although it is a tiny bit long. Other than that its fantastic, its great quality and looks like a lot of care went into making it. I can't fault this dress, I'm so happy with it. I just hope I do it justice when I wear it to my first ball :)

The price for my dress was incredible cheap when comparing prices to the UK. This website was great and i received my dress on time. The dress came in excellent condition and it is gorgeous.
